I would recommend them hands down to anyone needing a bike or work done. They have all kinds of different accessories etc. I read a few reviews and it looks like they have had some drama in the past but I think that's just a one off event and not something that was just randomly planned. They are good people and once again , if you need bike service, do see these people.

I explained that I had contacted them via Yelp on yesterday and someone had responded this morning. I proceeded to bring him up to date on what was going on with the bike. He asked questions and I tried to answer. When I said I wasn't sure of the maker of the bike, without going outside in the rain to our storage house to see, he seemed to become agitated and listed why this company wouldn't be able to work on these bikes from Amazon or eBay and other sites, bc they couldn't get parts from 3rd party sellers like Amazon. He asked how much did my bike cost and I informed him $1500. I tried to explain to him that these bikes, were ordered and put together in a bike shop, Bike Mart, actually. I tried "humor "/ slight laughter and this guy lost his stuff. He said I was laughing while he was trying to tell me why they couldn't work on my bike. Dude, I was trying to de-escalate this simple conversation, as he kept repeating that he didn't work on bikes bought from 3rd party vendors. Anyway, whatever your name is, all I wanted was simple information. Just moved here and as I said, I was just looking for a reputable bike repair shop to take my bikes for repairs or tuneups. You didn't have to be so rude and unprofessional right out of the gate. I hope your day gets better. My money will stay in my pocket bc you're not the only bike repair shop in the area.

Gordon, think that was his name, took very good care of me. We talked about my needs and what I was looking for in a bicycle. I felt better about my experience here than the last shop I checked out. Prices also seemed way more reasonable. At this point, I'm still researching bicycles; however, I have a feeling Colonel's may be where I finally make a purchase.

So I loaded the bike, drove to the shop, unloaded, and only then did someone step outside, take a quick look, and tell me they don't work on my model. I don't mind if a shop has limits on what they service, but that should be communicated clearly over the phone. It would have saved time, effort, and frustration. A simple question about the make and model during my call would have prevented the whole situation. Friendly enough staff, but the communication gap matters. If you have an e-bike, make sure you confirm whether they'll service your specific brand before making the trip.

I brought my bike in for a bike fit and brake repair. The staff were friendly during that visit. On…read moremy very first ride afterward, I crashed because the handlebars hadn't been tightened properly -- one handlebar snapped and my saddle bent. I sustained a serious knee injury along with cuts and bruises, and months later, I'm still dealing with knee issues from that crash. When I called to report the crash, the response was "oh shit." To their credit, they promptly repaired the handlebars and attempted to fix the saddle, though it remained slightly uneven. They told me to reach back out if the saddle became a problem. A couple months later, the saddle issue did start affecting my longer rides, so I called as instructed. I wasn't looking for a free replacement -- just guidance on getting a new saddle, or possibly a discount given the circumstances. Instead, I was met with skepticism about whether the original service even happened, then told flatly that they "weren't going to pay for my saddle" -- something I never asked for. The manager was dismissive, unprofessional, and flat out rude throughout the call. I never pursued any formal action over the crash, despite a real injury, and gave the shop room to make things right. That wasn't reciprocated. Given the severity of what happened and how it was ultimately handled, I can't recommend this shop and won't be returning.

They carry some higher end brands that others don't carry as well as a good bit of E Bikes. This is what we came in for today. The young man that helped us out was so friendly and talkative. He was so patient with my wife as she looked at a few bikes and tested an E Bike outside. They have some higher end Pinarello bikes as well as some other brands. Very nice and super light carbon fiber frames, sadly it was not testable since the components are electronic, and they were not charged when we were in there. The store is in an older location and the parking lot and test ride area is small, but the store is well kept inside and looks good. It has a full ship for repairs, adjustments, and additions. The E Bike we tested, it was super nice. We will be bake to purchase soon.

On 1/16 we received a call that the bike was ready and were given a two-day window to pick it up…read morebefore the shop closed for a week. This felt a bit unnecessary considering the bike had already been there for about four months. Here's the part that caught us off guard: when we arrived, the total was over $350. Up to that point, we had only been told it would be somewhere in the $200 range. We were then told they couldn't give an exact price ahead of time because parts prices fluctuate, which hadn't been clearly explained earlier in the process. My issue isn't really the price -- it's how everything was handled. The communication throughout the repair took a lot of follow-up on our end, and the final cost wasn't clear until pickup. When we asked about the difference and the delay, the conversation felt a bit tense, but they did end up offering a small discount, which I appreciated. I originally planned to leave a 1-star review, but because they worked with us in the end, I'm settling on 2 stars. I'm not trying to discourage anyone from using the shop -- just sharing my experience. I'd strongly recommend getting a written estimate upfront and checking in periodically if your repair goes past the original timeframe.
