Nice to have a heated and air conditioned station vs a bench with an awning over it which sadly seems to be more of the norm these days. There is some parking, a few spaces between the train station and bus station, and another lot on the other side of the station. Lots are well lit but the area is fairly quiet at night so avoid leaving things out in view if you're leaving your car there while you're traveling.

Given the weather in the triangle on January 21 and the early morning of the 22nd, I was concerned I would not find a car service on short notice. Within a half hour of making the reservation online, I got a text from John asking for more information. I needed pick up at 4:30 am and he was there early, professional and I got to the airport in the bad weather safe and sound and with plenty of time for my flight (which was delayed but I made it to the airport with zero stress). I don't generally provide online feedback, but Triangle Car Service deserved 5+ stars! I will definitely use them again!

It also has far less signs of what you can and can't do. Also unlike downtown, there is plenty of parking. They have two levels - and while it does fill up quite a bit, I haven't had a hard time finding space, even getting there later than anticipated on Sundays for the 1PM game. The staff is friendly, they get refills out quickly, and will help you find the TV you want if it takes you a minute to find your game. The food is OK. It's the same menu as downtown, but for whatever reason I don't like it as much here. The sliders and wings are typically my go-to. I straight up did not like the cheesesteak I had here once, it was bland and kind of tough. I've hadn't tried again though, so it's possible that was a one time deal. I do see lots of people order them. They have lots of very good and very dangerous speciality shots on the menu. Their website says that as of February 2026, Woody's Sports Tavern & Grill in Cary and Morrisville have separated from the downtown location.

We arrived at the airport at midnight from Charlotte but we had to call for the shuttle because it was taking a long time for the bus to come up to the second deck to get us. But a lady had just reported in and she came and got us. She apologized that we had to wait, which was nice of her. She was pleasant and got us right to our vehicle. Again, great service from the shuttle staff. My only complaint is that we could not find the parking area for economy that was supposed to be $12 a day. We ended up at express which was $18 a day. We were told the old parking lot way out in the back had been replaced and was now for employees. It's a long drive for me to use this airport. The only thing I would suggest is that the signage be clearer for the parking areas and make sure the website is properly updated.

They were very punctual, the car was extremely clean, the driver was very nice, and it was less expensive than an Uber or Lyft. Lastly, I had left my favorite hat in the taxi and they made it very easy for me to come collect my hat after I got back from vacation! They were able to track down the driver, and that driver brought the hat to the main office in Raleigh! I highly recommend Taxi, Taxi of Raleigh!
