During the intake Cynthia walked us very patiently, compassionately, and thoroughly through every detail and aspect of planning mom's services and in coordination with the church and the cemetery. Along the way she was very easy and accessible to communicate with and did her best to modify and accommodate different requests we had. Ramiro and Andres, we couldn't have asked for better staff to work with us during mom's vigil and at graveside. True compassionate genuine professionals. It made our experience everything we hoped for, to honor our mother's life. We would recommend working with this team without any hesitation. During the wake and vigil Ramiro and Andres were especially cognizant and sensitive to any needs of myself and my family and our guests. If water was low they were quick to replenish. They thoughtfully consulted with me and my sister about the timing of closing mom's casket and whether we wanted to see her again at the end of the night privately. At graveside, they walked us through the steps for the pallbearers to carefully transport mom from hearse to vault, and they also offered to help carry mom in case we were short a pallbearer. The vehicle transporting my loved one's body was unexpectedly unmarked and appreciatively inconspicuous. Feeling emotional especially during that 1st call, Ana was appreciatively patient and helpful in assisting me to understand the steps required to obtain a death certificate and what to expect. Taylor was professional, helpful and diligent in updating me on timing of events as well as scheduling pick up of my loved one's cremains.
