I have a few choice words for U haul as well, but after many attempts to rent a dolly from u haul I finally was given this address. 11968; foothill Blvd in sylmar CA. I wanted to update my review. I recently went to Willy because I needed to transfer components from bike A to Frame B that I purchased. Willy transferred over all the components but where I was very happy was how meticulous he is. He mentioned using a camera to check that the carbon frame wasn't cracked, cleaned the bike, measured the distances/positions of the old saddle/stem etc. On top of all that Willy got the bike back to me within 2 days. He was always great at giving me a call or shooting me an email as well. His prices are also very reasonable. A++ for Willy's bikes. read more

Willy does good work! He has helped to keep my 15 year old Trek Road Bike in good running condition. Within the last year he replaced my wheels with Vuelta Zero Lite Pros. When I heard a grinding in the bearings he replaced them at no charge (with the help of Vuelta). He also did a free checkup of my bike before I rode in the Bike MS Costal Challenge: Santa Monica to Santa Barbara.
