On the phone, they gave us conflicting information about what documentation was needed for vaccination records (even suggesting we could self administer some vaccines--though we did not do this). Despite the fact that we had submitted our records several days in advance of dropping our dogs off, and despite the fact that our records indicated the dogs were up to date on all vaccines, the lady working the front desk waited until we were there in person dropping our dogs off to tell us that they needed further information. She made it clear that she didn't care at all that this was delaying our travel plans, that she would be losing our future business, or that we would be posting negative reviews online. She was rude and unaccommodating. When she finally agreed to take our dogs, she threatened that if the owner had a problem with our records, we could still be asked to come pick up our dogs early, and if we weren't there (which I told her we would not be, as we were going out of town), there could be a fine. I asked her if they had any written policy showing this, and she was unable to find anything to show me.  I'm sure you are wondering what was wrong with our vaccination records. They showed the date the vaccines were administered and that the bordatella and distemper vaccines would be due one year from that date. The problem was that it didn't specify the exact date new vaccines were due. I guess she was unable to do simple math.

My Bebe came home all pooped out from all the play time and attention and that makes me very happy! I highly recommend this boarding kennel to all animal lovers who want the best for their pets! Northland Boarding was so good about giving me updates on my Bebe when i would call to check on her & they even sent me some pics of her and I could see for myself how happy Bebe was and that also makes me very happy!
