But Rascal's blew me away with their compassion and professionalism. The staff took their time with him, showing incredible patience and care. They even tag-teamed the process: one team member held him, comforted him, and spoke kindly while the other carefully trimmed his nails. What could have been a traumatic, one-time-only ordeal turned into a surprisingly positive experience--he actually enjoyed it! I never thought I'd see my dog this calm and happy during grooming.
