I brought this to their attention and decided to give them one last chance and they waited til after I dropped off and called me up saying that they were refusing to clean the clothes and I could pick up. Great customer service; most places would try to fix things. Guess in a small town when there aren't any other places to go you can get away with substandard service. Real professional!

I've gone to a lot of dry cleaners when I lived in the LA area but I never have gotten the great service I get here. I had this wool vest my mom used to wear and I had it cleaned many times down south. The color of the back was dark lavender to grey. I always thought it was the way the material was dyed. Well, I was wrong. When I had Lakewood Cleaners clean it, the colors became more vibrant and the grey is gone. The owner asked me about the color when I brought it in the first time but I just shrugged. Now I know why. She did what she did and it looks a lot better. I also come here to get my clothes fixed, hemmed, etc. She always gets it right. I don't know what I'd do without her.

I picked it up and it was altered beautifully, a tailored fit. The problem is, I was then charged $24. Twice as much as everyone else and $4 more than I was quoted. One for the price of two?
