Even though they were short staffed during this visit, the woman behind the bar, Karen, was doing her best. She said she'd been there since opening, and we were getting close to closing time. But she had the place pretty under control, and the crowd was doing their best to be helpful. My dining companion and I even offered to wash dishes. I hope everyone tipped her well. She deserved it! For dinner we started with the fried mushrooms. I would've gone with the cheese fries, except I thought I was having french fries with the burger. We both had the Bacon Swiss Avocado burger. Aka, the BSA. It was right on par for how I like a burger, perfectly balanced, and not overstuffed. Not a mess to eat. I enjoyed every bite.
