The crew did good work, and I was pleased with how the project turned out overall. Unfortunately, one of the camellias (a $400 plant) has since died. Before signing on, Bryan told me verbally that Clear Creek offered up to a one-year warranty on major trees and shrubs, as long as I could show they had been watered. When I contacted the company, I sent photos and offered to provide the watering history from my sprinkler system. I was told there is no warranty on live goods which is accurate based on the service agreement I signed. Clear Creek offered to waive labor if I purchased a replacement camellia for another $400. I was disappointed that the warranty I was verbally told about before hiring them wasn't honored, and it left me feeling that the company won't stand behind what it installs. If you're considering Clear Creek, be aware that a promise about plant coverage may not be honored later. Additionally, note that they try to control reviews by stipulating in their service agreement that they get to approve all online reviews, which is not enforceable but should give pause when considering a lack of negative reviews. I can't recommend them with confidence given how this situation was handled.

Did we run into issues with weather, timing, etc? Absolutely, however the team went out of their way to provide suggestions and recommendations along with working 7 days a week from sun up to sun down to keep as close to our project completion date as possible. Throughout the project, the team listened attentively to everything that we wanted and they answered all of our concerns and questions timely and to our satisfaction. The attention to detail, customer service, pride and craftsmanship deserves a 5 star rating. Our project was completed at the end of May and it has turned out to be just what our family needed. I had to call them 2 times and email and then they showed up. never got a hold of anyone but the answering services. 2. Bad communication, they don't reply to emails and only reply to calls if you are lucky, they do not give you updates while on site unless you initiate it. 3. Did bad job trimming limbs off tree. 4. sod has gaps in it and seems more cut up than it should be. parts of it where brown when put down and have gotten worse even with water and sun. 5. dumped excess mulch and the tree branches in the hill of my neighbors backyard, probably thought it's mine but it's not and i don't want it either 6. I ordered 2 pallets of sod but I suspect I'm missing around 150 sq ft. and there was area to put it. 7. they were supposed to try to go around the healthy grass so that the sod could go further. I can't hold it against them cause the key word was try but when I went out the morning they did it they started there with the machine. not in the bad areas on the side of lawn by driveway. They drove the machine across to the healthy patch on the other side of yard and started there. Even after talking to the supervisor a couple days before. 8. There were several wires found cut. laying with the trash they were taking away. I suspect they cut the cable line which I don't use and a grounding wire. It wouldn't have been so bad if they just told me about it instead of me walking around after the left and finding stuff. 9. I got the bill today but there was no discussion of doing a walk through of their work. 10. they left site like it was done on 5/30 friday. Didn't show up on Monday so I called cause they still hadn't trimmed tree and didn't put sod where they took out the bush by the garage. They came back once to do tree last week but didn't finish. came again yesterday 6/10 and finished tree, suck job of course, dumped tree limbs in backyard and put the sod where bush was removed but they were supposed to also take it slightly in front of it. i had talked to both the guy that did the quote and the onsite supervisor about it and still missed it. Only time will tell if the drain works. Let's pray. I'll put pics if this lets me.

He had some ideas put together about a week later and was quick to respond when I had some questions on the plants being suggested and he even threw in some ideas I had to boot. We had a few weather delays but that is to be expected in this kind of business down here. His crew was incredibly polite, professional, always on time and worked hard to get the project done on time and on budget. Scott has even swung by a few times to proactively check if plants have thrived or need to be replaced. This company had done a landscaping job for us several years ago, and it was excellent! This time I would describe the outcome as mediocre.

I recently used them for a project. The end result ended up pretty good, but I feel like there were…read moretoo many speed bumps and a lack of communication along the way. The workers were great, and worked hard. The manager, Sean, was very nice and knowledgable, but definitely seemed spread way too thin, which led to portions of the project being miscommunicated or missed, and having to spend extra time to get them redone. Our project consisted of replacing a couple areas of grass with artificial turf, another area with Zoysia sod, replacing some walkways, adding some landscaping, and trimming some trees. All of that was eventually done, but the turf ultimately had to be torn up, reflattened, and nailed propertly as it was ripply/bubbly at first and coming up at the sides. Some areas we had requested turf were missed at first due to confusion, lack of communication. I think they just need some better oversight by having more management resources or fewer projects so that the proper amount of time can be spent. Like I said, ultimately it ended up pretty good and the price was decent as well.

We've NEVER had this problem with another lawn maintenance company. Based on the reviews, it appears that project work is their priority and weekly maintenance is fit in IF they have time. This is no way to run a business! I guess your guaranteed monthly payments from weekly maintenance customers is not important to the business. Save yourself many headaches and go with a company who values your business! **They asked me to take down this review last year, and I did after getting the issues resolved. Or, so we thought. It's May 3rd and they have skipped doing our yard several times this year already.
