Long story short, my Insurance offered a special at another office to get crowns with no out-of-pocket cost to me. Pak wanted $1000+ for crown work. I got the crown done at the other office yet still went back to Pak for all my other dental needs. YEAR+ after I had the new crown at the other office and RETURNED for several cleanings at Dr. Pak''s office. He decided that I should go back to the other office to resume my dental Care. I'm not sure if he felt disloyalty or the loss of money or ? For decades, I enjoyed the staff at his office. They are fabulous. I've known his hygienist since High School. I've been certain for a long time that the billing office is completely inept, but when they over billed on every single service they have ever performed for both of us, I have to believe they are also very dishonest. And trying to get details of service billings from them is out of the question. Their billing is the most muddled mess I have ever seen from a dentist office. I genuinely wonder how many people they have swindled over the years, and whether there could be some kind of embezzlement scheme going on in their office. I'll be cooperating with the debt collection company they are about to unleash on me to fight the debt and further explore the validity of the debt they are falsely claiming. And by the way, after they discovered my original yelp review, all of a sudden 4 new glowing reviews showed up for them on Yelp. I saw through those fake reviews that I'm certain were posted by the business manager. When I subsequently called them out on my review, all 4 of them magically disappeared. No doubt this was a ploy to detract from their poor business practices I have pointed out. How embarrassing! They worked with me to take care of me, assess my situation and create a plan to take care of it. Now, 5 years later I have continued to go there, with insurance woohoo, and they work with my crazy schedule since I travel for work. The receptionists are thoughtful, always give me options, and insure I'm taken care of. I haven't had a dental assistant I haven't enjoyed and both Dentists are in the loop and take great care of me. I love that they tell me what they are doing so that I understand the process for new restoration. The part that shocks me the most, is no matter how much time has passed or what dental assistant I have, they seem to know about me and it just shows a genuine level of care. Going to the dentist can be expensive, painful in scheduling, and overall just not the best experience but not here. I HIGHLY recommend this office. I live in Seattle and I continue to make the trek to go here.

Really feel safe and trusted in her hands. Then we met with Dr Hoang and felt the same attributes plus a genuine appreciation for his style of work. He was very hands on and spent time with us. I felt his style to dentistry is what we wanted and have been looking for- extremely informative, caring and conservative in his dental approached-that is exactly what we had prayed we would find!!! I don't love going to the dentist (hard to get numb and have had bad experiences in the past) but I am always so blown away by the genuine care the staff has for patients. Every single person in the office is lovely and caring. In terms of treatment, I feel that my treatment plan is always open and honest. I don't feel pressured into anything, but rather am explained their recommendations for care and a recommended timeline. Also, the tech is pretty cool! (The 3D tooth mapping is awesome lol). Most recently I got a crown, which I have not been looking forward to. Mel was amazing and explained everything about the process and consistently checked in to make sure I was doing okay. We were referred based on treatment he recommended but when my son's X-rays came back there was more than we even knew. Laura and the staff were amazing and helped to explain a plan of action to make things as easy as possible for myself and 4 yr old. I'm sad that we weren't able to come here originally, it may have saved us tons in dental work for our 4 year old.
