Unfortunately, the doc wasn't there but one of the other dental techs was there. Let's call her K. Unreal. I'm so many ways. If how K operated is any indication of how Dr. C is.....which I know it is because I have had family come here....then this place is a no brainer to go to for dental work. I want to say that I addressed my hesitations regarding dental work....specifically, a contraption called...the Cavitron. For those who don't know, the Cavitron version 1 alpha was designed specifically for inducing unbearable and unimaginable pain for which you will be permanently scared for the rest of your life. So much so...even hearing the word Cavitron takes you back to the seat and reliving the trauma. I told K my experience and she reassured me that the old model is bad, she's going to use the newer model but will do some fine tuning work manually so as not to take me back to a bad place. She was amazing. I had to tell K at the end of my session how masterful she was and also that she provided me with much closure from my past. K spoke highly of the dentist as well as what they do there. Don't believe me? Call and try to make a new patient appointment. I had to wait 6 months.....there is a reason for that. This place is top notch. Rarely does it happen where I have one experience completely dispel my fear as well as define an establishment based on limited exposure. This is that place. I just know it. What a amazing experience. I made my 6 month follow up before leaving and I intend to go. Again, if you want a fantastic experience and a place that knows what they are doing for dental work and are not afraid to go above and beyond to make it a good experience for you....this is the place. Patients are left waiting in treatment rooms while the dentist moves from one patient to another, resulting in extremely long delays and a frustrating experience. On a previous visit, my wife was left sitting in the dental chair with her mouth open for about 30 minutes while the dentist left to see other patients before finishing the procedure. Today, we are once again waiting over an hour past our appointment time with little communication or explanation. To make matters worse, the fillings that were recently done are still causing pain and sensitivity when eating or drinking cold beverages, which is the reason we came back for this appointment in the first place. We understand that dental offices can get busy, but repeatedly overbooking patients, making them wait excessive amounts of time, and rushing between multiple patients is not acceptable. Patients deserve timely care and proper attention. Based on our repeated experiences, I cannot recommend this clinic.

I went over 15 years without going to a dentist due to fear after a bad experience with oral surgery. Last year I broke my tooth and had to go. I called Sunrise because they were the closest. They were busy but I was in pain so they said "just come now". Everyone was so kind and accommodating and they fixed me up right there. Over the next year they got my oral health all back on track after my 15 year break. Yesterday I had the oral surgery that was started 15 years ago finished. I had so much anxiety going into this that I almost canceled a few times. It actually ended up being a good experience. They were quick. They were kind. I experienced no pain and 24 hours later my recovery is going very well. It even cost less than the estimate when I went to pay, because according to the receptionist it was easier than they expected and had quoted. This office is kind, honest and highly skilled in what they do.

In addition one of the occurances of a bracet coming off was literally one minute after my son got out of the chair, we walked up to schedule the next appointment and all of a sudden he tells me a bracet came off.
