This was one of the most upsetting appointments I have ever had. I went in for a cavity on a front top tooth that had chipped and been exposed. Zero pain. This doctor comes in an hour late, and tells me I need a root canal and a crown. I said I'm not prepared to do that, can you just fill the cavity? He said no it won't last. I said again I'm not prepared to do that. He said ok. I said so you aren't going to do anything? He said, no. So I got up and left. The lack of compassion, empathy and basic communication was shocking and deeply upsetting. I understand a filling may not last, but I have spent thousands of dollars over the years on crowns and root canal's and they haven't always lasted. He was cold and rude when he didn't get his way. I have never had a more terrible experience than dealing with this office. My daughter had to have a baby tooth pulled to expose her adult tooth behind it and have a special piece attached to her braces to pull the tooth adult tooth down. I made her apt 1 month in advance and scheduled it for 8:00 a.m. We arrive at 7:45 and get signed in. 9:00 approaches and the dental asst. comes out and says " I'm sorry" the piece for her braces hasn't arrived yet so it's looking more like 10:30. My 12 yo daughter and I go sit in the car until 10:30. Go back in and don't get seen until after 1:00. Mind you they had to sedate my daughter so she hasn't eaten on top of being extremely nervous and now having to wait hours. We finally get back into a room and they get everything set up and her hooked up to the vitals machine only to find out they don't have the correct plugs for that machine so now we have to wait another hour + for another machine. Surgery went fine, we get my daughter to the car and I realize they didn't give me her prescription or take any pharmacy info... back in I go. I give them the info and sign the Paper. I checked every 30 mins for her prescription and nothing. It is 3:17 pm the next day and they still haven't sent the prescription to my pharmacy. I called and she said that the dr isn't in today but she will see if they can get it over. I am beyond mad as my daughter sits here in pain and without proper treatment from this place or her meds. This is the most unorganized office I have ever seen and I shouldn't have trusted them with my daughter. I wish I could give - stars because they don't deserve even 1. read more

By far one of the worst customer service experiences I've had, I've been coming here for almost 3 years and I've never had any issues until recently. Their oral surgeons are next to near impossible to schedule with because they're only there once a month. However, The nail in the coffin for me was their failure to not only honor appointment times but to notify me in advance as to appointment cancellations and conflictions. The dentist here was great, but that is about the extent of my good things to say. When I made my appointment, they spcifically told me I was good to go with the insurance, but they wouldnt cover the filling that goes in after the extraction to prevent dry socket, so I told them dont do it. When I was done and walked out the door, i signed and was good to go, and I didnt get them. It would have been like 120$ or so. Six months down the line, I get a call from a debt collection agency saying I owe that exact amount. The odds of that not being a mistake are astronomical. So I called. They said the insurance didnt cover it. I said no, they didnt cover the fillings that I DID NOT RECEIVE. At this point it was to late anyway, but do NOT go here, very dishonest practice. On top of all of this, why wouldnt they call me instead first to clear it up? They said they dont know until the insurance doesnt pay etc, but they definitely knew if they sold it to a debt collection agency....silly argument they came up with. I feel bad for the dentist here since he did great work. Its a shame the people up front are terrible. read more

Willis Point Dental Care appears to longer be in business and will not warrant their past work. I tried to cancel my upcoming appointment and there is no human to talk to and the phone rolls over to another practice. They always had good hygienists despite very high turnover. I would not recommend Willis Point Dental Care if you want any continuity of care or reliability. read more

I had a dental emergency, called at 4:53 for on call dentist to call back, left a message with answering service. It's 8:12pm and I just called back and "karen" told me their on call dentist is no longer employed- so I laughed and said it sound like they have a shit show happening- "Karen" advised me that she won't take my call if I "curse" Well karen, you just lost a patient for the dental office. I had my teeth cleaned last week and asked if I could buy some tubes of bleach to put in my trays. The woman who cleaned my teeth was very nice. She said that they had two bleach percentages. One was 16% and the other 35%. I told her that I had the lower percentage at home and wanting the 35%. She placed the tube in a bag and I took it home. When i went to use the gel I noticed it was the lower percentage. I figured it was an honest mistake and called the office. The person who answered was rude and said they had no 35% in stock. I said but I was given this in error and the lady who cleaned my teeth said you did have it in stock. She interrupted me and said 'once it walks out the door there are no refunds.' I said I DON'T WANT A REFUND, I want what I paid for which was the 35%. I could hardly get a word in and she was aggressive in her manner. I've been going to Willis Point Dental in Willis for years. I have no complaints regarding the hygienist or the doctor. But, the front office staff ...wow..no customer service skills. read more

WORST dentist EVER!!!! Do NOT go to this guy! I simply went to have my teeth cleaned, and was scared into having a crown on a tooth I had not been having trouble with. A few days after getting the crown, I started having pain from that area. When I went to see him, he said, "you're not having trouble from my crown". He had never shown much concern for me as his patient, but I went to him because it was convient and I liked the staff. I was in pain, and he DID NOT care! It has been 3 weeks and I am still having trouble, "from HIS crown". I changed Dentist the next day after my last visit with him. He had said, "you also need a crown on the bottom right". My new Dentist said, " I find no reason for a crown on that tooth". Now, I may have to have a root canal due to his shody work. He shows no concern and is arrogant! RUN!!! read more

I love this dental office. We just moved to Texas from California in Aug. 2016. The first dental office I visited didn't clean my teeth, just took a bunch of exrays. Later said I needed a great deal of work done, which I could not afford. I called the Willis Dental office and they cleaned my teeth perfectly. The front staff is awesome and so nice. I myself have had a bad experience with this dentist. First of all they still have not corrected their mistakes on my bill, they combined mine with my husbands " work that was not done it was recommended " secondly since I have had fillings from this dentist my teeth that he worked on are so sensitive, I have to drink room temp everything and room temp food, I have went back several times and each time he says that he made a mistake such as leaving to much filling where there was no tooth causing a food trap and it not only got infected but it also caused bad breath. now he says he can't polish where he put fillings because he don't have the proper tool that will fit in my mouth. I'm so disappointed in all of this! My teeth never hurt nor did I have bad breath or food traps until my visit! I don't understand how he can work on someone's mouth without proper tools.
