The truck had approximately 52K on it but they said that's the normal range for Ram ball joints to wear out. Based on their feedback I approved the work to be done. They installed aftermarket parts and when I drove the truck home it was difficult to maintain my travel lane. I took it back to Ivey's and was told this was normal during the "break in period". After 500 miles the truck was still acting the same so I took it to another shop and was told I needed OEM ball joints to solve the problem. Once the OEM ball joints were installed my truck handles perfect again! Ivey's are supposed to be the experts but I feel like I was sold a$1,200 dollar bill of goods that wasn't really needed. I will not go there again.

We had more than 150 miles to go after changing the one tire and the spare looked iffy. The tire monitoring system started alerting on the other tires, so we looked for a Discount Tire close to our route. I first called another Discount Tire and the call would not connect. I called the Discount Tire on Lake Joy Road, spoke to a very nice man, who advised he had two different sets of tires available and to come on in. He told us where to get the RV in, and came out as soon as he saw us driving in. In about an hour, we were back on the road with 4 new tires and a new spare. They made sure our tire monitoring system worked, had a nice waiting area and were just the nicest people to deal with. We had a screw in the tire, I saw as I was checking the pressure. Called several places and couldn't find anywhere that could help. We called Wholesale Tire and they told us yo come by and they would work us in. So NICE! There are two locations/ addresses on Apple Maps so be careful to pick the one with reviews and pictures. We pulled in and they immediately told us where to park and got us situated. They were very friendly and told us they would get us moving quickly. They patched the tire within 20 minutes. As soon as they aired it up they showed me the tire was bad. It had a bulge, probably from being low. They had a tire in stock and had it on and ready in about another 10 minutes!
