I went to Ivey's to get a front end alignment on my Ram 3500 DRW truck and was told I needed to…read morereplace the upper and lower ball joints then do the alignment. The truck had approximately 52K on it but they said that's the normal range for Ram ball joints to wear out. Based on their feedback I approved the work to be done. They installed aftermarket parts and when I drove the truck home it was difficult to maintain my travel lane. I took it back to Ivey's and was told this was normal during the "break in period". After 500 miles the truck was still acting the same so I took it to another shop and was told I needed OEM ball joints to solve the problem. Once the OEM ball joints were installed my truck handles perfect again! Ivey's are supposed to be the experts but I feel like I was sold a$1,200 dollar bill of goods that wasn't really needed. I will not go there again.

My car alerted me that my tire was losing air. I exited, pulled into a gas station and noticed that there were two State Troopers chatting by the pumps. I walked over and told them the situation and asked them where I might find a tire repair place. They said that the only place that they would trust was Duncan's. It was about 3 miles away. I was seriously wondering why I passed another tire place to get there...now I know! The people at Duncan's Tire were so incredibly nice. My car was overflowing with boxes, pillows & comforters, and two crazy dogs. They immediately came out to help me. The two sweet women let me bring my doggies inside and even got them water. Duncan's quickly assessed the problem and got to work. They fixed my tire and then refused to charge me!!!! It had been a stressful day, but their kindness made all the difference! Please give them your business-they work hard and are good people.

Unfortunately a critical part could not be obtained until the following week. He completed the work, road tested it and even followed up with me when we got back to Iowa to make sure everything went OK. I did not feel like he tried to look for ways to run up the bill (which is the same as my shop in Iowa works) He fixed what we needed to be able to get safely on the road to home. Hopefully I don't have problems on the road again but if I did and was near Unadilla GA I would definitely go back to Hall's Dick H

We had a screw in the tire, I saw as I was checking the pressure. Called several places and couldn't find anywhere that could help. We called Wholesale Tire and they told us yo come by and they would work us in. So NICE! There are two locations/ addresses on Apple Maps so be careful to pick the one with reviews and pictures. We pulled in and they immediately told us where to park and got us situated. They were very friendly and told us they would get us moving quickly. They patched the tire within 20 minutes. As soon as they aired it up they showed me the tire was bad. It had a bulge, probably from being low. They had a tire in stock and had it on and ready in about another 10 minutes! Superb service cannot say enough good about Wholesale Tire and Wheel!!! Please do business with them you won't regret it.
