You can also purchase individual pieces of flooring and tile for use as samples to return for your money back later. Products are clearly marked with stickers to indicate which ones are "MADE IN USA" , which other stores commonly try and hide their country of origin for their products. Prices are clearly marked and tile and flooring prices are good. We were helped by John Guzman. He was particularly helpful and very knowledgeable about the flooring features. He asked us about our application/project and educated us about things we needed to look for in the flooring selection that would best meet our needs. He answered all our questions. Because of his thoroughness, we were confident enough in our choice to make our big flooring purchase that same day! (Usually, we would have to take home a sample, research more, than return to the store with more questions before purchase). When we were ready to check out, Mr. Guzman brought up our account on his hand-held device, typed in our order, and we paid at the register in less than 2 minutes. Mr. Guzman loaded all the flooring onto a cart and helped us load into our truck as well, which would have been so exhausting for us to do on our own. We really appreciated the service, knowledge, and familiarity with the products that he possesses. For all these reasons Floor & Decor is our "go-to" flooring store! i went to purchase large format tiles for my bathroom shower and when checking out was asked if i…read morewanted them shipped to my house and i said yes. i was then charged 100 for delivery. this was my first time here btw. when i left i figured we were all set but then i get a call from the sales guy asking if i wanted them delivered to my home and if so he was going to have to get a quote from a carrier. i told him he charged me 100 already for delivery. i was then informed that was a delivery charge to get it from their warehouse states away to their store and that to deliver to my home which is only 2 hrs from the store it would be another 450 dollars and on top of that i would need to unload them myself from the delivery truck. if i had known ahead of time i would not have done business with them. i wrote their corp office and got no response so they just lost business because i have 4 other large projects to be done. Never do business with them again. Trash company.

Amanda did a great job at pointing me in the right direction, dealing with my lack of knowledge as well as offering a lot of great options and ideas to think about too! The store is very large and from what I can tell set up in different departments. It is nice to get someone to tag along with you to lead you around to where you should be looking. I like that there are a lot of model of kitchens, bathrooms, etc so that you can really see the tiles in full effect and paired with other tiles and accessories. Great experience. Early this year we had our shower remodeled and enlarged by Rebath in Grand Rapids. After getting…read moreseveral quotes we went with Rebath because they could accommodate just what we wanted, and because their salesman was no pressure. Prices were all comparable so that really didn't factor. They made the shower to the size we wanted, not "this is what we have that's the closest." We added grab bars and a folding teak seat, no problem. The workers were polite, tidy, friendly and most of all efficient and knowledgeable. We had a problem with the door alignment a couple weeks later and they came right back and made it right. We couldn't be happier with the shower, the job and this company.
