The sprayer hardly ever worked properly and I just let it go as we were busy moving in to our new home at the time Fast forward a year and I had enough of the problem. I call the Tech back and he takes the sprayer out to his van and less than two minutes, God knows what he did to it out there for a 40$ hit. He leaves and it still is not corrected. After numerous texts and states to me that the system installed was cheap. Apparently his memory failed him, as he was the one who bought the very cheap system and installed it for a rather hefty price. After his rude call to me, I just let it go and I purchased ,out of pocket a new Moen sprayer hand. Benjamin Franklin said that, "Honestly is the best policy". Always be sure to get receipts and paper work for work done which for some strange reason, they just do not supply?

I requested a quote and was satisfied with the cost based on materials and labor. As covid was still an issue, scheduling took some time but was worth the wait. When the crew did arrive, they accomplished all of the tasks including the replacement of worn, aged toilet flanges and ensured all equipment was in working order when finished. In addition, they showed me how to set the pilot on my gas fireplace (no charge) and walked me through all of the equipment features and what to do if there was an issue. To date (6 months later) everything is working and I am satisfied the company and crew understood what to do from start to finish.

He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What really stood out was his honesty. He explained that some of the equipment could likely be limped along for a few more years and presented that as a completely valid option. There was no pressure to replace anything. In the end, I chose to replace everything because I wanted the peace of mind that comes with quality, newer equipment. The installation team (of which Ryan was a member) was fast, professional, and did excellent work. They replaced everything efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and we haven't had a single issue since. DeRose talks about honesty, quality workmanship, and building relationships with their customers, and our experience reflected exactly that. It's clear Ryan and his team take pride in what they do. I read another review about someone with a boiler that after they came just left the leak go. This happened to us too. Hired them, they were here for 8 + hrs, left with water aggressively dripping from the boiler . Came out the next day same thing. The soldering job looked like a homeowner did it not a plumber. Still leaking after he spent another 4+ hrs on it. Then I complained to the owner and he came out, apparently he knows what he is doing. So after 3 days of water leaking all over the floor the owner was able to fix it. All I can say is if the fat guy and 20yr old boy wonder show up to fix your boiler, my advice is slam the door in their faces and call someone else. We hired them to clean a drain out and they sent 2 guys and charged me $78 to say they can't do the job and suggested we hire Roto rooter and we did. Roto rooter was able to do the job. So regular plumbing and gas leaks they are worth hiring, those guys know what they are doing. We had a leaking toilet and they did a good job. New sink great job too.
