My RV stayed there 3 days before he had an estimate. When he contacted me, he stated that the one awning would require 6hrs of labor to repair, but if I were to replace all the awning material the labor cost would be close to the same, or a little additional if I got all of them done. I was good with that and asked him to send me a written estimate. When I received the estimate, it had an additional 8 hours of labor added for the repair. I called him the next day to question the additional labor and he stated that he was thinking about refusing service since I question the labor cost. I told him that I would come pick-up my RV. I think that he was a little overwhelmed with the repair since this was a high-end coach. He wasted 4 days of my time with nothing being accomplished. I do not recommend this repair facility.

Came out the same day to show me what was entailed in our "problem", and since it was so simple, he spent time showing us other things as well. Basically a walking RV encyclopedia. I am so glad to have them just a phone call away for the future issues that will certainly come to our hole in the drive way that we throw our money into. At first it seemed a bit pricey, but if you consider the prices at a service center, the time it takes to get any work done, and the hassle of having to bring it there in the first place, the fees are actually a bargain! Johnson's RV had no problems working with our schedule. We dropped it off and had no hassle getting everything straight for repairs. Work begun on a Monday and finished on a Wednesday! Unbelievable!!!! We had to stay in a hotel while it was getting repaired so we were very happy to move back in early! We didn't have to deal with the insurance company. Delivery and drop teams were polite and very conscious of the furniture they were moving as well as the home in which they were moving the furniture into. I loved this couch when I bought it in 1997. But all the moves and climates took a toll on its insides but not its bones. I only had purched enough fabric for the seat cushion, back Euro pillows will be the final addition to this grand lady. The owners were not in today so I asked the receptionist what was the reason for it being held up for so long? She said the exact same story they've been telling me all along. "OoOoOh we are losing workers and the new guys don't know what's going on with the current projects".. regardless, how is that my fault? Plus, one of the actual owners claims to be the one working on the car himself so..? I don't understand the issue. had I not stopped in today; who knows when would have been the next time they notified me. Thats also another thing.
