When in all reality a technician has already diagnosed the radiator to be clogged yet doesn't have time to replace it for said client. Could've been a easy couple hundred for a shop, and a couple hours for their hardworking techs but the host didn't stay in the phone long enough for the client to explain properly.

I was simply wondering why it was taking two days. This experience felt incredibly unprofessional. No communication, no urgency, and an attitude on top of it. And here's the kicker: I paid $65 for them to "attach" the skid plate. I drove home (two miles away) and immediately heard it dragging. I called them, and they said, "You need a new skid plate!" That may be true, but I should be refunded because whatever they did clearly didn't hold. I took pictures of their so-called repair: two zip ties. That's right! $65 for two zip ties that didn't even last two miles. They had my car for two days, with a lift, full view, tools, and my money, and this was the result. The owner, Isaac, seemed kind, chatty, and very knowledgeable about vehicles. They had the vehicle for a little over two hours and only found that it needed an oil change and sway bar links. Cool. I ended up buying the car for $4,000. I brought it back to the shop a few days later to get that oil change and those sway bar links. However, mid-week when I called for an update, they claimed there were other issues that they didn't spot with the pre-purchase inspection. I respected they admitted it was their oversight, but obviously I wasn't pleased. Still, I told him to proceed with the repairs. Days went by without hearing from them. Several times I called, it went straight to voicemail, where I left messages, but never received a call back. A week later when I called, I was told a part didn't come in but it should be ready to pick up on Thursday. Great. People, it wasn't ready until a few hours before they closed on Saturday! Honestly, I think if I didn't keep calling, they'd still have it. The final bill was $3200. You read that correctly. I'm still in sticker shock.
