Since I am recently handicapped, I had trouble getting into the store due to a "bottle neck" (no pun intended) at the cash register closest to the entrance. During earlier visits, I had to wait 2-3 minutes to get into the store, because the owner decided to position surveillance cameras anf a snack stand right at the entrance register. During those two prior visits, I told the staff that the display was forcing customers to touch each other coming in or leaving the store. They were nice folks but unwilling to convey the message to their boss (who was not there at the time). During my llast visit ("last"), the BOSS was there and he had no interest in understanding my problem coming to his shop with walking sticks or a stroller. He said just walk around" (through the equally crowded back of the store). My observation was dismissed as a waste of his time! Sorry to see this great store reject both COVID protocols as well as customer relationships. Luckily, we have other choices in AA!

Most of the voices are silenced by my own internal voice going, "Holy sh*t I do not have 14.99 to spend on a 22 oz. bottle of beer!" Price aside, I've found many beers I wasn't expecting but couldn't find beers that I can find elsewhere. So it's strangely hit or miss. They have a walk-in cooler with a variety of six-packs and some regional/international beers. I found some of my favorite Colorado beers and not others (like Fat Tire, I can find that in other A2 liquor stores but not here). The staff isn't the most helpful or knowledgeable in the world. But they're friendly enough. They have a good selection of rolling tobacco (when I drink I tend to quit quitting and thus return to my Bali Shag ways). Every time I've been in here there's been at least one gentleman who perhaps is a street dweller which makes for quite an olfactory experience. It's a strange contrast to the moneyed undergrads and bourgie grads that sift through the aisles. But no matter. This LIQUOR STORE (where I come from a "party store" is a store with balloons and costumes for children) completes the trifecta along with the Beer Depot and my local neighbor Falsetta's.
