He knows the law, knows how to negotiate, and perhaps most importantly, knows when to push for more rather than simply accepting what an insurance company would prefer to pay. USAA certainly did not make things easy, but Mr. Breeland managed to negotiate a recovery that exceeded my expectations. Watching him squeeze additional money out of an insurance company deserves its own honorary sixth star. Beyond his abilities as an attorney, he has assembled an outstanding staff. His office operates seamlessly, everyone communicates with one another, and you can tell there is genuine teamwork behind the scenes. I never felt shuffled from person to person or treated like just another file sitting on someone's desk. His staff was consistently courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Mr. Breeland also possesses something that cannot necessarily be taught in law school: character. At one point she didn't even have a person to speak to regarding her case and not once did they update her she has always had to follow up with them for everything; and now they want her to sign a settlement where she gets nothing. She can't work, she has been needing the money, and they have companies and fees that she personally could make arrangements with, but no they are thieves in a suit with the worst communication ever with their clients. At no point did they depose her, set the case for court, or anything. She would have been better off contacting the insurance company herself and settling. Don't let your family be railroaded by this company they are the devil themselves and they call themselves reputable. Don't trust them with your case or with your families.
