I was in the ICU 10 days and rehab 13 days. I received a broken hip (a full hip replacement), 7 broken ribs, a broken neck and a contusion on my right breast. The other driver died on the scene. When I got out of rehab I had rehab at home for a month (also I forgot to mention I was 65 yrs old I contacted Mr. Funk and spoke to him one time his associate came to the apartment where I lived with my daughter and two dogs. The associate acted very nasty when I would contact him. I didn't win anything my daughter's insurance paid $30000 and my insurance (different vehicle) paid a second $30000 which he kept took out his fee and paid off the other people ( I don't know who) I still have scars on my butt , breast and head.
