I tried reaching Jarrod but got no reply. Ended up calling the office the next day and they had him contact me immediately. In a recorded call later the next day, (I paid for a call recorder app immediately after the detective call), Jarrod said he'd given the detective the videos. The arrest affidavit says no videos were provided. New attorney says this actually helps because they could've changed their story after seeing the videos.
