I left a message with his administrator, and Bill ultimately called and gave me 30 free minutes of his time, never once making me feel as if I were imposing, answering all of my questions thoroughly, never shifting the conversation to why I should hire him. He focused entirely on me an my situation, occasionally asking questions like, "How can I best help you?" The first thing to note about Bill is he's personable -- down to earth and easy to speak with. That doesn't mean he isn't whip-smart, and his decades of experience clearly benefit him. (He knows every situation and probably knows most lawyers.) He's also a straight shooter: he told me what I needed to hear, and backed every statement with candid and accessible logic.
