I told the bank, as well as PMG Appraisal dispatch when they called, to make sure that the appraiser took note of that when the appraisal was done, as it was the biggest enhancement done since I moved in. Turns out, the appraiser (Peter M.) didn't even look at the roof (or else he would have seen the solar panels) and specified on the report that I still had my old modified bitumen roof. Do NOT use PMG Appraisal due to their lack of detail, and inspection quality!
