Another Outstanding Experience with George at GHI Appraisal - True Professionalism and Excellence!…read more This is my second time working with George from GHI Licensed Appraisal, and once again, he has exceeded all expectations! I originally chose George for another property because of the excellent work, professionalism, and precision he delivered on my first appraisal. Naturally, when it came time to appraise my own personal home, there was no question who I would call. This property was twice the size of the previous one, but that didn't slow George down one bit. He was efficient, organized, and extremely knowledgeable, handling every detail with the same care and accuracy I've come to expect. His pricing was very fair and reasonable, especially considering the larger scope of the project. What truly stands out about George is his trustworthiness, friendliness, and personable nature. He treats clients with respect and goes out of his way to make the process smooth and stress-free. I had an urgent need for a rush job because I was leaving the country for business, and George went above and beyond to accommodate my timeline without compromising the quality of his work. I had called a few other appraisers before, but they were either overpriced or lacked the professionalism and knowledge that George consistently demonstrates. His thorough and well-documented appraisal report gave me complete confidence and peace of mind. This was truly 5-star service with very reasonable pricing! I would wholeheartedly recommend George and GHI Licensed Appraisal to my family, friends, business associates, and even strangers I meet on the street. If you want accuracy, professionalism, and outstanding value--George is the one to call.

I've been putting it off forever but when I also happened to get a pearl bracelet from my husband for Christmas that got damaged and warped, I knew I needed to get it fixed. Since the original jeweler who made my wedding band and engagement ring went out of business many years ago, I needed to find a new local jeweler to help with my jewelry. After many very prompt back and forth messaging via Yelp, I finally found time in my busy mom life schedule to swing by and get my jewelry looked at! Olga and Emma were so kind and patient while discussing with me what we could potentially do with the bracelet. The ring resizing discussion was easy and we were able to settle on how much bigger I'll need the band. They send their jewelry offsite for repairs and were very clear and communicative about the process and cost. Loved my interactions with the staff and think I've found our new local jeweler for all our jewelry needs!

Vicki was wonderful to speak with and generously performed the initial research and case evaluation completely free of charge, promising to bill only if she felt we had a winning case.
