He not only responded to my Yelp request quickly, but he also rearranged our last-minute appointment when I had an unexpected schedule conflict. To add to this, he was able to do some past date-of-death appraisals for the property on top of the current appraisal that I needed. Even though our house was a total mess (while we were getting ready to clear it out), Max made me and my father feel comfortable, and we didn't feel judged at all. Max was professional and funny, and my father and I enjoyed our conversation with him during the inspection. Thanks Max!

Another Outstanding Experience with George at GHI Appraisal - True Professionalism and Excellence!…read more This is my second time working with George from GHI Licensed Appraisal, and once again, he has exceeded all expectations! I originally chose George for another property because of the excellent work, professionalism, and precision he delivered on my first appraisal. Naturally, when it came time to appraise my own personal home, there was no question who I would call. This property was twice the size of the previous one, but that didn't slow George down one bit. He was efficient, organized, and extremely knowledgeable, handling every detail with the same care and accuracy I've come to expect. His pricing was very fair and reasonable, especially considering the larger scope of the project. What truly stands out about George is his trustworthiness, friendliness, and personable nature. He treats clients with respect and goes out of his way to make the process smooth and stress-free. I had an urgent need for a rush job because I was leaving the country for business, and George went above and beyond to accommodate my timeline without compromising the quality of his work. I had called a few other appraisers before, but they were either overpriced or lacked the professionalism and knowledge that George consistently demonstrates. His thorough and well-documented appraisal report gave me complete confidence and peace of mind. This was truly 5-star service with very reasonable pricing! I would wholeheartedly recommend George and GHI Licensed Appraisal to my family, friends, business associates, and even strangers I meet on the street.
