I was referred to this office by a friend. I will say the dentist and staff were very kind during…read moreour visit. We prepaid their annual in house plan for our 3 children (7, 4, 2) - $150/child for a total of $450. The in house plan was supposed to cover 2 exams, 2 cleanings and x-rays for the year. Unfortunately, our visit didn't go well. The office apparently isn't equipped with an x-ray device small enough for children's mouths. The technician accidentally hurt the inside of my 7 year old's mouth while attempting to get the x rays. This unfortunately upset him and the tech prepared a topical numbing agent for his cleaning (this seemed crazy to me as I have never hear of using a topical to make a cleaning "more comfortable" as she described it). I was very surprised this was prepared without asking me if it was ok. Maybe they would have asked prior to applying it, but it was locked and loaded so to speak. The dentist then explained that he had 3 cavities to be filled (in front of him) which caused him to get even more upset. I had him calmed down and she mentioned referring us to an orthodontist where they can determine if he needs braces. This sent him in to a crying freak out. Upon which she suggested we wait to do his cleaning until he's under nitros with his cavity filling. We scheduled the next appointment and they said they'd contact me with pricing to fill the cavities. This kiddo has seen a dentist twice a year since he was 3 years old and has NEVER even been nervous. They were unable to x-ray my 4 year old because "her mouth was too small" for their equipment however she did receive her cleaning. My 2 year old received a cleaning and no x rays due to his age. I asked the desk clerk what the plan would be moving forward regarding getting x rays for my 4 year old and my very soon to be 3 year old for his next visit. She said she would speak to the dentist about maybe ordering a smaller device. After discussing the experience with my husband we decided this was not a good fit for our kids. My husband called and left a message to discuss canceling our appointment and requested a partial refund for the services paid for and not rendered (since we wouldn't be returning for our 2nd set of semi-annual check-ups). The next communication was to call me with a voicemail telling me the price of the cavity filling procedure, making no mention of the message my husband left. He called once again and left a message. The office staff attempted to reach him but he didn't answer so she called me. This is long so I'll summarize: they told us we were due zero refund since, had we not done the in house plan, our services would have been more than what we had paid for the year a la carte. She even sent me a link to a website to "educate me on fair pricing for dentistry." I did not expect a full refund. I would have been satisfied with any effort to refund a portion of the prepaid services. Considering we received less than 1/2 the services promised to no fault of our own, I was shocked they have refused to refund any of our money. They only offered to conduct the cleaning when I come back, however there was absolutely no was I was taking my son back. He was TERRIFIED. I chose to take my son elsewhere for his cleaning (of which I had to pay for again) and was told he only needed 2 fillings and no need to consult an orthodontist at this point. He was so scared from his prior experience, he couldn't stop crying. Again, he has never shed a tear in a dentist's office. Thankfully we chose a SPECTACULAR pediatric dentist and he was able to completely turn it around and my son was all smiles when he got his fillings done. I would not recommend this office for children or anyone else for that matter due to their business practices.

Came here because my previous dentist retired and had good reviews…read more First off, despite scheduling and clearly booking an exam and cleaning, I was told I had to wait 30 minutes for the cleaning and that it wasn't customary with exams. Excuse me, but do people really leave the dentist office with dirty teeth? I saw the dentist for all of 5 minutes where he tried to sell me a mouth guard and once I told him I already had him he ran out the room like I had the plague. No discussion of my X-rays or teeth. I had to ask the tech who was trying to shove me out the door without the cleaning that I had scheduled ( the waiting on the phone for 10 minutes just to schedule an appointment should have been my first clue to run) if I had any cavities or other findings from the exam (which was as mentioned brief and fingers smelled like garlic). Got a bill after for 3D X-ray that was never discussed so yet another attempt to nickel and dime you if the mouth guard spiel doesn't work. Also had sores in my mouth after from them not being gentle with the X-ray plastic mouth bites. Beware!!

I felt that she was dishonest and didn't trust her after a few different interactions. Every time I talked to that woman I feel a strong dislike after she caused me to pay extra a few times and then denied it. They over charge and their administration is not good. For example, they charge for Novocain (like $150) and have other add ons so that they can get more from the customer, even though they have insurance. We changed dentists for a couple of crowns and weren't charged those extras. Also, the dentist is very happy but talks over the patient so, every time I would come in, she would make fun of my name and then chat away with the hygienist instead of talking to me. I can't tell you how dismissed I felt by her. So, I loved the woman who cleaned my teeth but she is no longer there so I have switched to another dentist.

After the doctor looked at my teeth, I was presented with an outline of services for over $300 and was told to sign it so they could proceed. I asked for clarification because I was told at Delta it would be much cheaper. She looked at me blankly and said I agreed to the charges when made the appointment. I said no, that's why I have insurance. I pay portion & you bill them. She still said nothing, so I said Let me call, because there is a disconnect.... to which she said "call who ever you want" I did and again Delta said you only pay the contracted amount & asked to talk to the worker. I attempted to give her the phone so thos could be straightened out, but she told me "I don't have to talk to anyone. You need to pay this bill." Needless to say, I left and my insurance provider found me another office ( Brident Dental in Euless, TX on Main st) and they fixed the tooth for the correct price. I would also like to say, when I was in the office and elderly lady came in asking why she was getting bills from their office when her Medicaid should cover everything....I think there is fraud going on here & hope it is investigated.
