Funny…read moreenough, I've even referred several friends here over the years now, and all of us have had consistently solid experiences. What I love is that there's been no pressure for unnecessary procedures and they always provide solid tips. I've left with clean, shining teeth and a comfortable experience each time I'd argue that what makes this office stand out most is the staff. I see many of the same friendly faces each visit, and they always take the time to remember your name, what's going on in your life, and even set Alexa devices to whatever radio station you want so the appointment feels relaxed instead of clinical. I also decided to do clear aligners through them using the Reveal Clear Aligners system. I had been on the fence for years, but saw this recommendation as it was more affordable than Invisalign and other options I looked at, and the results were great for closing gaps in my teeth. The whole process was smooth, well‑explained, and easy to stick with. Waverly has earned my trust, and I plan to keep coming back. Highly recommend this office and dental team!

Scheduling my initial appointment was easy and went smoothly. Later, I needed to reschedule, and that's where everything went downhill. Beware they also want to charge you if you don't cancel on time...makes sense why they don't work with you when it comes to that. I called and Priscilla put me on hold for about 11 minutes without saying anything or giving me an update. I eventually hung up because that's way too long to leave someone waiting. If she was busy or the only person working, all she had to do was communicate that or offer to call me back from the start. After that, I called back twice from my phone and no one answered. Then I called from a different phone, and suddenly my call was picked up right away. At that point, I was frustrated that I told her to just cancel my appointment. I understand people get busy, but from my perspective, my calls from my number were being ignored. That's not how potential patients should be treated. The owner should be aware of how the front desk is handling patients because experiences like this can drive people away before they ever step into the office. I was genuinely interested in becoming a patient, but after this, I decided to go somewhere else.

My…read moreentire life I had nothing but problems with my teeth, and when I have the chance financially I could be rid of them for good. So I called Kessler Park Dental and they told me there that this was something they could do if i so desired ? So I thought, well they performed a write up on cost on paper with a 500 dollar charge for there so called preferred pricing and another 35,000 for the saving of these teeth that's if there were no other issues (yea right). I made it clear I wanted dentures and asked the dentist he tells me that he felt uncomfortable pulling in his words "teeth that can be saved "? Its very plain to me that this set up is very capitalized in a money making machine. Never mind what the patient wants. A few weeks later I had a crown come off and called them to put it back on. Went in, they said the tooth needed to be removed. And guess what, I asked to remove the tooth I was told they did not do extractions there, WAIT A MINUTE. They lied to me, denture service includes extractions, he decided to do nothing at all sends me up front for a referral for an oral surgeon. Clear across the other side of Dallas. And charges me 147 dollars for doing nothing. And to top it off I had to find my crown on a table I guess they thought they were going to keep it. Shameful just plain terrible, I wanted to warn anyone who may assume that they have a say in what happens to there teeth its plain to see that this dentist is only after the money.

The is for my review UNBELIEVABLE and should be shut down...I could go on and on about how…read moreoutdated this place is however, there is something more alarming. My insurance BCBS, referred me to the closest most convenient office for a routine teeth cleaning. I was told I had a fractured tooth that needed to be extracted immediately, that I needed a deep cleaning due to gingivitis with a laser treatment, that I had 11 cavities, and that I need my remaining 3 wisdom teeth extracted asap. I went in for a cleaning what the heck... so I told them let me see what I could do to schedule the treatments. I called another dentist, ARTS Dallas, a day later to get a second opinion and was immediately given an appointment. I sent them the X-rays taken at Jefferson Dallas and what I was told. After ARTS Dallas took their own X-rays (because the X-rays from Jefferson Dallas where cloudy and not very good) I was told I did have a fractured tooth, I did have removed day of, that my wisdom teeth looked great and very well taken care of, and that I did not have any new cavities- I just needed to replace 3 fillings that were old and needed to be redone. I did receive my cleaning ... beware of dentist and those that work with them to scam you and the insurance companies...

I had a…read moreroot canal procedure in 2018 and since having this root canal my crown has fallen out at least 4x over 5 years. As recently as 2/1/24. During one of the visits of them cementing it back in one of the dentist did not properly install the crown correctly which allowed food and anything I ate to creep in and cause the previously performed root canal to decay. I went to the dentist on 2/5/24 to get my crown cemented back in (not knowing it had a cavity) and I was told I had to get the tiny tooth left from the root canal extracted and that there was nothing they could do to assist me. Now mind you this is their error, they messed up my tooth, they botched my root canal, they didn't install my crown correctly but yet they are telling me that I have to extract my tooth (which is in the front) and pay over $5,000 to get an implant. I ALREADY INVESTED IN A FREAKING ROOT CANAL THAT WAS NOT CHEAP and now because of their incompetent dentist and lack of training I am being referred to an endodontist. The lack of ownership of their errors and unprofessional during this entire ordeal is ridiculous. I am beyond pissed, this affects my day to day life. DO NOT GO HERE! They are only about money. They will mess your teeth up!
