Based on her excellent reviews, I felt confident reaching out and was excited to become a client. I had K-tip extensions installed in California for a wedding, and I was simply looking for someone to remove them. Instead of scheduling the service, Zoika told me to fly back to California and have the original stylist remove my extensions. I just ignored her rude statement. Rather than discussing availability or the removal process, I was met with numerous questions and reasons why I should keep my extensions. I was also told that my hair could fall out if they were removed. I found these comments unnecessary and the overall interaction came across as rude, especially since I was only requesting a hair extension removal service. Zoika also quoted $300 for the removal, her website lists hair extension removal at $100. I didn't mind paying the $300 if that was her price. However, I was then asked whether I got the extensions for length or volume and why I wanted to remove them after only a month. I didn't feel those questions were relevant to the service I was requesting. Unfortunately, I got the impression that because my extensions were not installed by her, she wasn't willing to provide the removal service. As a potential paying client, that was disappointing. I reached out specifically because of her reputation and positive reviews, but instead of being welcomed as a new client, I felt like my request was refused. Business is business, and I believe every client deserves to be treated with professionalism and respect, regardless of where they originally had their extensions installed. I left the conversation feeling dismissed, judged, and that my needs were not being heard. Sadly, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. UPDATE: July 15, 2026 6 days after my original review, Zoika and I chatted and believed we had resolved the issue. We scheduled an appointment for the following week, so I thought everything was good moving forward. I even offered to pay for the hair extension removal. Unfortunately, she canceled the appointment today, leaving me very disappointed and dissatisfied with the overall experience. Professionalism goes beyond the service itself, it also includes communication and customer service. Keeping clients informed, honoring scheduled commitments and communicating respectfully are all important parts of providing a positive client experience. Honestly, after my scheduled appointment with Zoika, I was planning to take down my review because I wanted to get to know her more and rate my overall experience with her. Unfortunately, that did not happen and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I said it before and I'll say it again. I cannot recommend this business. Their suppliers take forever and their process to order produced several units of the completely wrong color. They ignored my complaints every time at the initial cut ins. My concerns were not taken seriously such as being fit with the wrong color, being fit with an inappropriate hair system for my needs, etc. My first consult with them I asked what they did for someone who wants a low density system with an exposed hairline. They told me not to worry about it but when it came time to install the hair, they recommended not having an exposed hairline because they can be "hard to manage". Why wasn't that mentioned at the consultation before I paid? The stylist's seem to avoid wanting to use glue on their systems which is known to be the most realistic hairlines. Even though I complained the system sat too high on my head and looked inappropriate, they insisted on using a clip on system rather than gluing a lace system. Their consultation and recommendations were beyond inappropriate for what I asked for at my consultation and subsequent fittings. The staff has no sense of urgency. They had no problem taking my money but as soon as I paid I had to keep contacting them to see when I would receive my hair. 5 months from payment to first cut-in is longer than any other salon I've ever seen. And it was the wrong color after all of that! For $1,500 I am disappointed in their lack of experience (stylist had less than a year experience doing hair systems) Lack of support for the hair system (I had to ask them how to maintain it, what products to use, how to put it on, etc.) They don't include any glue or tape for the user to use at home. They also don't CUT YOUR HAIR. Yes for $1,500 they don't even cut your own bio hair underneath the hair system. That costs extra. Overall I don't really see any redeeming quality about this place. They genuinely messed up in every part of the experience and made it a terrible experience to have to go through. I'm so glad I was able to find another salon that meets my needs for a third of the cost. Not sure why William Collier can charge 3x as much as other places but not have the basics down yet. Men, look elsewhere for hair solutions.

Her initial rate was $3000, nearly twice the other quotes I received. However, I loved Arianna's work and felt that the steep price point was worth it to ensure high-quality service far in advance. Two months after I signed the contract and paid the deposit, Arianna's assistant Annu emailed me that "Arianna is unfortunately unavailable for your date as she will be traveling that week for another engagement that was confirmed before your booking." I was frustrated and very disappointed. They said that as a substitute, I could work with a team member (Himani) for a nominal 10% discount. This felt completely inadequate given the inconvenience and late notice, and above all, the fact that I was stressed and wasting time dealing with something I thought I'd finished. Keep in mind that Arianna is the owner. Her business is not branded as an agency with multiple stylists. You're booking with Arianna, and I specifically booked based on her portfolio. Even if it was an agency, her rates (as the owner) would be higher than her team members'. When I asked for Himani's rates, they reiterated the total discount provided and said "the rates for our team artists have already been provided to you." I find this hard to believe, but their lack of transparent pricing online makes it hard to know. After weeks of back and forth to get even a slight additional discount, I asked them to just refund my deposit. Ultimately, price was not the deciding factor. I just did not comfortable working with them anymore, especially if something else went wrong in the future. I felt like I was asking for concessions despite the fact that the error was on their end. I understand that honest mistakes happen, but our exchanges made me start to doubt they had double-booked me by accident. It seemed more and more likely that a more lucrative client with a multiple-day wedding had come up. Arianna seems very skilled with hair and makeup. However, I'd caution that if something goes wrong with your booking, her team may not handle it professionally. That's just not something you want to risk with a bridal vendor. Re: owner's response: Arianna, I appreciate the response, but there were many chances to make it better. You did not communicate directly with me at any point, despite responding to my review within an hour of posting. I had to negotiate for additional discounts, they were not openly offered. And while I received my deposit back, I did not get a single response to my email to confirm this or close things out. I made the decision to post this review after a lot of thought.
