Dr. Christopher Murolo is a wonderful dentist! He is very caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind. He listens to you and your concerns and doesn't try to upsell you anything. When I first came, I couldn't bite properly on the right side of my mouth, and my previous dentist kept telling me that there was nothing I could do, so I just kind of got used to it. I lived for years only chewing on the left side. When I told Dr. Murolo about it, he said that that's not the way to live. It took him about 10 minutes to fix it! Omg, I finally can chew and eat on my right side! I am so happy and thankful for that! On my recent visit, I came with a jaw pain. We discovered that the problem was in my wisdom teeth ( I still have all four ), and he referred me to an oral surgeon. Now, I'm going to get my wisdom teeth removed. Karmen is an amazing receptionist! She always greets you with a smile and a warm welcome. About six months ago, I had my teeth cleaned with Linda, and she was the best! Super careful, kind, and friendly. Basically, this office is full of wonderful caring people! Thank you guys for your hard work!

Tried a few before we found and have settled with Dr. Sheila at Graton. Both Dr. Sheila, and all the staff we have interacted with at Graton have been nothing short of totally professional and very friendly. The office is very nice and welcoming. The hygienists are very thorough, but also very gentle and concerned with your comfort level. Same goes for Dr. Sheila. I read the bad, read the good, and decided to give them a try. I called, explained my situation, and boom, same day visit to make sure everything was ok, then a follow up the next day for a temp. Fast, efficient, easy. Now, because this was an emergent issue, I didn't take the time to go through all of the hoops to find an in-network provider with my insurance provider. I know this could've lead me to a search for a second job, but fortunately I was covered, even though I was not in-network. I did have questions about cost, and how my coverage would apply; let me tell you, they broke everything down, and explained everything I could expect, and even refunded me fees that they clawed back from my insurance. I wanted to know how my coverage would work, since they were out of network, and they gave me a printout of how my coverage would be applied over their range of services. It turns out that even though they're not in my network, everything is still reasonably covered so I'm joining their club! A week later, my crown was ready; they got it fitted, seated, and got me out the door in under an hour. No pain, no problems, just premium work! On my original crown, you could feel the seam where the crown met the tooth, but the new one is on there and I can't tell where my tooth stops and the crown starts, it's completely seamless!
