The worst. I scheduled a new patient appointment. I was told it would be about an hour. I got there…read moreon time - but still waited 30 minutes. When they called me back, I had the X-rays and the check in. It took maybe 50 minutes. The dentist would come and go and what not. He the said he was sending a hygienist in to start the cleaning. I wanted 40 minutes for them to show up, check in on me, give me an update- something. No one did. I had to go to work because at this point, I had been there for 2 hours and haven't gotten the cleaning. I flagged someone down and told her I had to leave. She said I had to checkout. I stood for about 5 minutes (with no one helping me) so I left. I felt bad at first and called them, no answer - left voicemail. No return call. So oh well, I guess they don't care. I tried to make another appointment online- but it said I wasn't allowed. Maybe they banned me? I don't know- but moral of the story- go somewhere else.

When in reality, my mom had told her in the first phone conversation SHE NEVER WANTED TO RETURN. Then the lady on the phone ends the conversation after my mom says thank you & goodbye, with attitude saying "mhmmm". Not you're welcome or have a good day, anything? -- If you don't have any sense of professionalism or customer service, get a new job. Because you're clearly unfit for the role.
