I was concerned about the smaller one because it also needed some repairs and it was a sentimental rug given to me by my father and I didn't want anything to happen to it. Paradise was very kind and reassured me that their rug-repairing ladies have many years of experience. The whole process was very quick and I was out the door and on my way in no time. About a week or so after, I got a call that my rugs were ready. There's a very nice seating area with water and some cookies where you can sit and relax while they get your rug from the back. Everything in the store is very neat and clean and the staff are very friendly. I'm glad I worried for nothing because my smaller rug was seamlessly repaired and both look brand new! Whatever machine they have works amazingly! If you have rugs and don't know where to go - look no further. I couldn't recommend this place more!

There is no doubt that the selection in this company is abundant, I cannot opine on the quality as…read moreI do not understand the material differences and the manufacturing process, which is however, many knots per inch make a quality product and how that knot is constructed etc. I assume the quality is not that great because the price compared to other importers of rugs is quite reasonable so I assume that the price is adjusted for the quality of the product although the principles of the business suggest that it is the source from which they obtain the products Being Nepal. So given this, why would I give them such a low rating and the answer is their service is quite poor. I paid for my rug gave the owner an option as to when they would deliver it understanding that I needed assistance in laying the rug down over and already existing carpet, but that there were enough furnishings that I would require assistance so much so that I sent the owner in the process of our discussion and at her request pictures of the room and the furniture in the room so she knew precisely the situation that was being presented to her, but she assured me that that would not be a problem. I paid for the rug. The owner told me that she would have it to my home one week after the day that I had purchased it, which was a Tuesday before I left, and after I paid for the rug, she thought through it and asked if it would be acceptable That she delivered on Wednesday rather than Tuesday. This was after I had paid for it. I still consented because I did not see one day as critical, and she said she would confirm with me on Friday of the week in which I had purchased the rug. Since she had not called me on Friday, I called her since they were closed on Mondays and she said that she would confirm the following Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery since it involve my emptying two curios of glassware. I asked respectfully if she would, please confirm on Tuesday so that I had sufficient time. She did not confirm so I called her on Tuesday afternoon at which point she informed me that I would have to move the furniture she could not she did not have a sufficient number of workers and that they had gotten a bigger job. She then said that she might be able to do it on Friday, but she would have to confirm with me on Thursday. Given the track record, I asked her to refund the money. She said she could not do it immediately, but that she would do it in the afternoon. I thought better than to just leave the issue go given her performance and her inconsistency and so when I arrived at her office later on Tuesday afternoon, in point of fact, she had not even started the process of refunding the money , and I was informed by I believe it was her husband that she could not return the money without the credit card on which I charged it. So that her promise to refund the money could not have ever been executed unless I presented the card. Since I was there, I presented the card. I did receive a credit at that point and financially there was no loss. There was only loss of my time. Why do I post this with a negative review? It was clear to me that she had no concept of service. Furthermore, after refunding the money, she told me that it was never her intention to send staff to help me with the furniture, which was the whole basis of the transaction to begin with.
