I feel that we are treated very well and we receive expert care here. As a woman, I'm giving extra kudos for the Ideal staff, because they make me feel heard and respected. I am an old school motor head, having wrenched on cars with Dad decades ago. Sadly, so many shops and dealerships have acted as if I didn't know a dipstick from a torque wrench. The folks at Ideal put me at ease right away and make me feel very confident with their estimates and opinions. First he towed our truck to his yard then he came back with his personal pick up truck to haul our camper and get us set up in a campground. We learned that he had a date to take his son out to dinner. That didn't happen because he helped us instead. He is by far one of the kindest humans I've ever met. My review here is thanks for understanding and patience that Andrew had with me. He had a very full plate already, but he helped me work through my issues, which greatly reduced my anxiety about the software problem.
