Wow. Let me first start by saying I am a college aged girl with zero knowledge of cars. Literally…read moreevery place I've EVER been to I've felt as though the shop didn't value me as a customer EXCEPT THIS PLACE. Service was INCREDIBLE. I was nervous taking my 1978 truck anywhere, especially since it was running pretty bad. I had no clue what was wrong and after I ran it bone dry on gas (yes, i know) it wouldn't start. Shout out to marquette detailing as they towed it to south side's shop. I got a call the SAME DAY saying they looked at it and it just needed A LOT of tune ups. IT WAS READY LATER THAT DAY. Literally where else?!?! I know stuff like this depends on the issue, part availability etc but holy cow was I excited. I attached a picture of my invoice for anyone who is curious! The total was $656.88 Although obviously expensive and hurt my wallet, as soon as I started my truck, shifted into drive, and stepped on the gas, I knew they fixed the issues. My truck struggled going up hills (hard to drive in MQT) but now it runs SO SMOOTH. They also have an after hours pick up spot for your keys and it was very convenient, as I worked late that day. From the moment I stepped on the gas I knew they fixed it. A special thank you to Jerry Spruitenburg (service advisor) for making me feel like a valued customer and treating me so kindly, as well as the best tech around, M Codd (sorry I don't know your first name), for using your mechanical magic on my old Ford! He ordered the part and the mechanic Marshall got us in and out in no time and did thorough testing. Thanks to them we made it home and it was a great price!

They took my car in for a headlight replacement, then explained I needed a new assembly and…read moreverbally quoted me a new one on the phone, I asked if I could purchase my own and bring it in. They said I could but said they would check their second-hand supplier. They called back and said they could get me a used one for $117 dollars. I asked them to order that part and we scheduled for a week later. They call me the day before my next appointment to say that they never ordered the part because they didn't know if I wanted it. I say no problem, and we reschedule for another week out. I get my car in the next week and they call me midday to explain that they can't align the headlights because the older headlight assembly is too oxidized, but they have a lens restoring system they trust and could use it then align the headlights. I reply that I'd like them to do it if it can be done today, but if not, that's okay and I'll pick the car up either way. At the end of the day they call to explain that they couldn't get it done, but I could schedule another time for them to finish it. When I arrive to pick up the car they give me an invoice with 2 concerning things: 1) A $350 headlight assembly billed because "that's the one they bought." 2)$110 dollars for a headlight alignment that never happened. I was able to let the shop manager hear the voicemail where they quoted me $117 dollars for the assembly. After that and a 5-10 minute conversation between their mechanic and shop manager, she offered me $140 dollar refund...still $90 more than their original quote for the assembly. They said they would do the alignment free of charge in the future, but left it on the bill for $110. I asked if she felt that they were obligated to the original quote for the assembly. She said no because that's not the one they bought and explained that their guy was "just learning the ropes." Overpriced, under experienced labor and poor communication on pricing. I want to keep my business at a locally-owned shop, but these guys are making it too difficult and too expensive. UPDATE: The shop manager contacted me over the weekend to apologize, make a plan for finishing the job and adjusting the pricing. Thanks for doing the right thing LeMoine's!

They don't like to tell customer what really happens to their vehicle they like to delete reviews…read morethat are bad so they keep all the good ones so it looks like they're a good company but they're not they like to steal and take things from you even though you try your best to get your car back and when asking for certain service to get towed somewhere they deny just want to take it back to the shop

He showed me the parts he was fixing and explained why he was doing what he did. When I got quotes from other places they all tried telling me I needed new calipers and all of these extra charges. This guy showed me why I didn't need new calipers and saved me that money too! Definitely going back to him.
