We got a hard no from all of them because we were hauling a camper. Brett answered the phone and agreed to help. First he towed our truck to his yard then he came back with his personal pick up truck to haul our camper and get us set up in a campground. We learned that he had a date to take his son out to dinner. That didn't happen because he helped us instead. He is by far one of the kindest humans I've ever met. He had a very full plate already, but he helped me work through my issues, which greatly reduced my anxiety about the software problem.
