Called Aaa again the next day and the tow truck guy wouldn't come unless car had snow removed to their liking. I told them it was shoveled out. They told me to call back. My review here is thanks for understanding and patience that Andrew had with me. He had a very full plate already, but he helped me work through my issues, which greatly reduced my anxiety about the software problem.
