I mentioned it to the guy at the counter -- pretty sure his name was Brian -- and he handled it really well and made it up to me. For the record, this clown also pulled his truck right up to the door instead of parking like a normal person. The staff already thought he was a total a$$, so I'm not the only one who noticed. Honestly, I hope his truck breaks down with no one around to help. POS. That said -- Meineke was great. The waiting room is spacious, the car shows on TV are fun to watch, and the staff is professional. It's a Saturday. Luckily for my family the team at the garage saved the day. They were able to get all parts and install them the same day! Meanwhile, my family and I spent an awesome day swimming in the ocean while the work took place. The service rendered and price was fair. Its a pleasure to share a satisfied customer experience. The outside temp when I got my car back was 103. After about 10 minutes of driving, the air temp inside the car was almost obnoxiously cold. Absolutely amazing performance due to the heat and humidity outside. We are going to enjoy the 6 hour car ride home Monday during this epic heat wave ! Thanks for saving my trip ! They've come to my rescue multiple times, including when I needed a new alternator in December 2024 after a breakdown on Coastal Highway They're experts at diagnosing problems. They used dye to find the oil leak and figured out that the engine oil gasket was the culprit. They fixed it up and my car was running like a charm again.
