After getting married this summer, I took my engagement and wedding bands in to be soldered. The first time that I picked it up, the diamonds on both bands were not lined up evenly. It was sent back to be fixed correctly. The second time that I picked it up, one side on the bands was flush together and the other side had a gap in between the bands. Also, there were several nicks on the inside of the wedding band (that were not there before and which Darren Will eventually said were from their tools) that had not been buffed out. It was sent back to be fixed correctly once again. The third time that I picked it up, the one side still had a gap in between the two bands and one of the Will brothers (one of the owners...I did not get his name) said that I was being "overly critical" and also said, "you're not going to be happy with anything that we do." At this point, I was in tears from the way that I had been talked to. My husband, mother, and other customers were there and heard all of this. We even brought up the fact that no one at their store had even apologized for all of this inconvenience up to this point. My family and I have been long time customers of Will Jewelers, but will not be going back. They lost an entire family of customers.
