Hashbrown Benedict

We popped into Will & Co Café while checking out Plymouth Rock, and it was such a cute little breakfast spot! Their coffee and tea menu is huge--be ready to spend a few minutes deciding. I went with The Rocks (an iced coffee topped with whipped cream and candy rocks) and it was absolutely delicious. My cousin ordered the Jamaican Me Crazy coffee hot, and that one was just as good. For food, I tried the hashbrown Benedict, which came with cornbread and baked beans--such a tasty combo! Definitely a great stop in town if you're looking for a cozy breakfast with some fun drinks.

My friend and I met for a breakfast.. Will & Co. Cafe is right on the busy Court St. with 2 hours free street parking. Getting a parking spot wasn't too bad on Sunday morning, getting a table was over 30 minutes wait. The food was good, but with $4 up-charge to switch bacon to spinach and tomato (I assume), and little too salty hollandaise sauce. The waitress came frequently to refill my coffee, however, she only talked to my friend besides of taking my order from me. I'm not sure why and did not feel welcome.

Unbelievable, Breakfast great place if you're in Plymouth Hunter was a server. He was great. The food was killer. I have to say if you're in that area check it out it's definitely worth the stop if you like a great breakfast.

The food was delicious. My friends and I loved almost everything we ordered, the portions are big.The pancake was so fluffy! The cold foam on the tiramisu latte was WONDERFUL. only get the million dollar bacon if you like really sweet meat. The server was nice. The ambiance was very chill.

Service was great, food was amazing. Best avocado toast I have ever had. Coffees fabulous, especially if you are looking for something a bit different..:selections are plentiful. Hubby's omelet so yummy! And the bacon...best ever.

We eat breakfast here every yea, the morning after the Plymouth Bright Light 5k. The consistency of the service and food is what keeps me coming back. We were there earlier than normal this year so we didn't have to wait to be seated. Not that I mind waiting because they always offer to make a coffee, latte or tea while we wait. Our waitress brought us waters as we sat and took our drink order within minutes of being seated. She gave us plenty of time with the menus, was knowledgeable about questions we asked and overall clearly loved her job! I tried something different this year, the Buddha Bowl. I swapped out the poached egg for over easy and it came out perfectly, as you'll see in my pic! The bowl had a bass layer of home fries, topped with fresh vegetables, that were still a little bit crunchy, they were topped with avocado spread, quinoa on that and then the runny eggs were put on top. I don't know how I missed this on the menu last year but it was fantastic. Everything was cooked perfect and the mix of flavors was delicious. I had blood orange tea to drink. They have a huge selection of teas and coffees so make sure you look at all of them before ordering! This was also the first place I had million dollar bacon. If you haven't tried it before, get an order for the table. You'll love it! We will always go back to Will & Co. They never disappoint!

Coffee drinks.

Awesome breakfast with lots of great coffee drinks to choose from. The omelets and pancakes were amazing and I loved that they offer turkey bacon and chicken sausages as beef alternatives for the meals. No ice ambiance and nice staff.

Good food, wait can be a bit long but the staff and sheer quantity of coffee options make up for it.

I was in the area for yet another specialist appointment and was not feeling in the best spirit…read more Since it was a fasting appointment, I was pretty hungry so the hubby brought me here. I don't know if I was starving, unhappy or what but this place and meal hit the spot and hit it hard. I thought I deserved a drink so I got a Guinness, which was thankfully on tap so yah! I got the bourbon steak tips with steak fries and opted for a garden salad instead of the green beans - yes, yes, and yes! Steak tips were perfectly flavorful and cooked just right for my taste. I really wanted fries and (unlike some of my family/friends) I actually like steak fries and they were cooked up just the way I like'em (crisp outside, not too mushy on the inside). The salad though, yah it was basic and yet not - all kinds of different colored tomatoes which actually had great flavor to them, and it was not just a couple but quite a few and they were "fresh". That is basically what I loved about the salad - not your typical anemic looking/tasting salad but with mixed greens (not just lame looking iceberg) and full of other veggies. The server also could not have been nicer (like I said I went through a lot that day so seeing a friendly face was nice) and always checking on us. I think we made a great choice in stopping here - it was a 4:30 on a Tuesday and it was busy. Good sign!

Bottom line... it doesn't get much better than Dillon's Local…read more My only gripe is that it's a little small, so if your timing isn't right, you might be waiting for a table -- but honestly, that's part of the charm. It has that cozy hometown pub feel: sports on, music playing, and a great local vibe. The staff treats you like you've been coming in for years, making you feel like a regular right away -- and that's definitely a good thing. Homemade comfort food that hits on every level, a delicious menu from top to bottom, and a drink menu that complements it perfectly. And by the way... the Guinness pours well!

Bartender handled the whole joint on a Saturday lunch. -- Patty Melt: Nice straddling between traditional and innovative. Brisket patty, neither thick nor thin, with a soft grind, cooked showing pink (I asked for medium rare if possible). Bacon-onion-jalapeño jam with some zip and bacon saltiness and bendy texture. Caramelized onions with a hint of sweetness. Partly-melted American cheese. Griddled marble rye with unnoticeable butter. Not perfection, but an enjoyable mix of flavors and textures. -- Fries (with the patty melt): Thin, crunchy shoestrings, aggressively salted, in assorted lengths. -- Quinoa Bowl: Bright flavors, good textures, per my wife. -- Ginger Soda: Made in house, string Ginger flavors, not too much sugar. Very good, though at $7, it's gotta be something you're certain you want. Solid experience. Hard to get a full picture without trying more things, but good enough to try more.
