I had a faulty system which they could never fix! It constantly went off in the middle of the night having police dispatched to my home on multiple occasions! The manager Chris who came multiple times was rude and could never fix the problem! | CANCELED the service and 4 yrs later they reported a huge balance to my credit report ! I decided to give them another chance and called the same representative to reschedule. We set a new installation date for September 9, 2025. I even took the day off work to be available, but no one ever showed up. I contacted CPI and spoke with a manager, who assured me I'd receive a call back from a supervisor and the sales rep--but that never happened. This experience was extremely frustrating. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how they treat current ones. I ultimately had to call back just to request a refund for the taxes I had already paid on the equipment. DO NOT go with this company.
