Some guys are going for competitions, but primarily there are guys and girls who want to to have fun learning some boxing (or kickboxing) skills, and they want a killer workout which CCMA definitely provides. I have had gym memberships for years and would quit every so often mostly because I would get bored and there was nothing really motivating me to keep going. This gym is not like that. Everyone in the class runs through drills and exercises for teh hour and fifteen minute classes and it is up to the individual how hard they want to work. I have lost about 12lbs in 2-1/2 months though and that is only going 2 days a week. There are classes every day of the week at different times to accommodate different schedules and they are really good about keeping you motivated and taking time to show you the proper techniques. Everyone in the classes are really cool and down to earth. They also range in age and ability levels so it is fun to work with some of the better people because they also can act as mentors and teach technique. The only reason that the gym did not get 5 stars in my eyes was that I think a few people would be turned off by the facility and the parking. They could probably use new carpeting but the actual gym equipment is great and they have everything that you need to get started. The parking is a little tough and some nights there are no spots. Otherwise, the gym is amazing and has a way more personal feel than any class you will ever get at a big gym. If someone decides to join this gym and has the idea that they want to get in shape, you will not be disappointed. Mark and his trainers will definitely do the trick. It is definitely worth checking out especially for most of us that are bored out of our minds with a regular gym.

I need help with accountability for myself and so I have leaned on the trainers to help me get moving after going stagnant for a year. I had to switch trainers recently due to my last one leaving :-( which was a bit of a bummer HOWEVER I have been working with Conner for a few weeks now, but I'm already seeing progress, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. One thing that really sets him apart is how he approaches injuries. I have tendonitis, and instead of just skipping exercises that bother me and moving on, he gives me stretches, mobility work, and "homework" to strengthen the area so I can eventually perform the movements correctly and get stronger. It's refreshing to have a trainer who focuses on long-term progress instead of temporary workarounds. He also keeps me accountable outside of our sessions by checking in on my workouts and nutrition. Having a clear plan with specific goals has made it much easier to stay consistent and motivated to come in, and I really appreciate the encouragement along the way. He genuinely listens to my concerns, answers my questions, and takes the time to explain the "why" behind everything we're doing, which has helped me feel much more confident in the process. Our sessions are primarily strength training, but I also love how he finishes each workout with high-intensity supersets that end things with a bang before sending me off for 20 minutes of cardio. Every workout feels challenging, purposeful, and rewarding. If you're looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable, supportive, and invested in your long-term success, not just your workout during the hour you're together, I highly recommend Conner.

I showed up for the first class, and became aware that the posted classes are not consistent, if available at all. No problem, right? I was still excited to utilize their body scanner, sauna, massage bed, and of course their outdated gym equipment. However, during my second month scan (May 2025) the trainer who assisted me and analyzed my scan was super condescending and unprofessional. Her comments were unnecessary and made me feel very awkward, so I didn't go back for months. With the fee so high I decided to slip in and use their sauna when that staff member wasn't there, but in the end not worth the hassle.

They breakdown the moves we'll be doing so even a beginner can grasp the concept and not feel overwhelmed or discouraged because they don't fluently speak CrossFit. The workouts are designed to leave you feeling challenged and accomplished with both strength and cardio elements built in. I leave feeling strong and energized. Cut and Flow sells grippy socks and lululemon clothes in the front. Don't forget to bring your own grippy socks to your first Xformer class, or you can purchase one at the studio. Their new client special is a great deal. One unlimited month for $99 which includes a free pair of grippy socks and free mat/towel rental. As of 9/11/24 there's also Xformer instructor in training classes which cost $15 per class! A drop in Xformer class typically cost $35.

The problem: we're amazing at talking ourselves out of going to the gym. To hold ourselves more accountable, we decided to have a trainer come to our house, which is hands down one of the best decisions we've ever made. We were VERY out of shape, and that first free training session with Cat was all it took to show us how much in-home personal training could benefit us. We're 4 months in, we've lost a combined 65 lbs, and we've never felt stronger or more motivated. All of this because of the amazing Cat who comes once a week to whip us into shape!
