I can guarantee you will get a good workout. I started by just taking my 2 kids and my wife there. The kids have so much fun. Plus you get a whole hour for them so you can go and run your errands or you can stay and watch. As I said I started by watching. It looked like they were having so much fun so I decided I wanted to try. I may even make it to the next belt. He also teaches weapons on Tues and Thurs. What are you waiting for? Free?
