Seriously, their onion rings and mozzarella sticks are excellent. Their daily specials always bring something new to the table, this time being a thick tasty grilled Mahi steak. I've had their lobster bisque a few times and don't underrate it - it's delicious! As for their famous burger challenge, the Fry-Way-to-Hell Burger is huge and covered in jalapeños, grilled onions, and multiple charred meaty patties. If you eat it and a basket of fries in 15 minutes, you win a t-shirt and bar infamy. Good luck There's karaoke, lots of pool tables, and a chill vibe that makes this place cozy. I'll only subtract one star due to the long food wait times, as I've been a few times where it takes ~1 hour to get food. However they work as fast as possible and just have a lot of heads to feed. So if you come here not in a rush and a mindset to enjoy good times with good folks, you should enjoy the Bluegrass Tavern.

It was good, but instead of coming with a bourbon sauce, it came with a balsamic based one. Why?? Our server wisely warned us us and we both asked for it ion the side. Good choice, it didn't belong with the chocolate bread pudding. The tour of this distillery was great, I just wish the restaurant could have some more normal choices and a choice or two for for vegetarians. It's not only meat eaters that drink bourbon. I sure won't choose this as a dinner or lunch spot again. It's a real shame that I was forced to rate the 2 together, as they clearly aren't in the same class. The restaurant is a 2 at best.

But the one waiter there was fine with seating us and he did a good job and was so nice and calm. The place reminded mr of old school supper club type places your grandparents would take you too. Nothing splashy but cute. Upstairs there was a bar and seating area too. The food was soooo good. I got their chicken special and my husband got the steak special for the night. It was so much food but it was just good old cooking yet not just "plain". My husband said the mushrooms he got with the steak were easily the best he has ever had. We ate until we were going to burst. And it was getting late but the staff was not pushing us or anything (we tried to get done as quick as we could though for their sake).
