He was very detail oriented at each step from the beauty and quality finish, the caulking, and the subtle ridges on the bottom of the tub to avoid slipping. I was also impressed with how smoothly the shower doors operated on the tracks after he re-installed them - better than before. Additionally, he showed me a couple of "insider tips" how to clean the grime buildup from the shower doors correctly so they looked almost new once reinstalled. I chose Americas Tub because of the solid reviews, and I had a very positive experience throughout the job. Alberto is a craftsman, cares about his work, educates the customer about what he is doing, and responds in a timely manner. They came in on a Fri. to finalize colors and asked if they could take our kitchen cabinets, doors and drawers to get a head start, sure. Came back on Wed. from 8am to 3 pm Thur. 8am to 3 pm and Fri. 8 am to 12 noon, and finished. All area cleaned up each day, and all furniture covered to protect it. Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA. I had about 1/2 a day to decide and I did not feel rushed. Gus did a great job communicating the timeline and when it was going to start costing more money.
