Some beautiful ducks and mallards underneath the trailer next to us. A picture of my husband and I happy with our outcome .

Wow, I'm shouting from the rooftops. I can't even explain how awesome these folks are at thousand trails wilderness Lakes. I want to start off with saying that Mike and Irma are the best customer Service reps to ever get the pleasure of their service. We had just left another campground because it was not suitable for us and they offered no Wi-Fi on their premises i'm sure it wasn't they're doing but it did not suit us, However it worked out well. We came to meet thousand trails wilderness Lakes and we are so glad we got the opportunity to do so. We would recommend this RV park to anyone we know, including family. They were so accommodating, I sprung my visit on them and they were glad to oblige my husband and I. We were so tired of trying to make things work at the other campground so we had no choice but to move but again happy that we ran into thousand trails wilderness Lakes , thank you Mike and Irma at the front desk to make this so easy for us. We will see you guys again soon.

If I could review a zero...I would. You have kids knocking on your Coach door begging to charge $2 to empty your trash....are you kidding me? Lifetime membership costing 8k and $743 per year to maintain and you can't get 50amp.... or you get the tiniest....worst unmaintained space for an A class. Wilderness Lakes is a joke ran by control that cares nothing about the people who paid for it! Anyone looking to purchase a TT membership should run. Promises..promises! All lies and they change the rules...now an exhausting run down camp ground. 30amps get a 50 amp....they have no common sense. They have proclaimed to be a high use park and limit the lifetime memberships who had 3 weeks but now forced 2 weeks. If you purchase one of their new packages such as Journey...WOW! You have access to 3 weeks during the high use but the lifetime memberships don't now. How can they justify a high use park? By taking the rights away from the lifetime memberships who already paid for it!! AND....update...if they scheduled you 3 wks during this time by memberships services 120 days before?? You will get a warning letter that you violated "their" NEW adopted policy that we never signed up for when writing a check for $8k in 2021. Unbelievable.....TT should be ashamed of themselves. The contract attorneys are coming!! Mark my words.

My other set of kids have decided to live the RV life and this is the second site they have stayed at. This place is pretty cool. They have a country store, arcade, two pools, basketball court, horse shoes, a mini golf course and walking trails. Scarlett was amazing at the club house super friendly and helpful.

Can't beat the evenings in the park

One of our favorite destinations when going from one Thousand trails to another. Enjoy watching the geese and duck paddle around in the canals. Our walks through the park is always enjoyable. I like it has a fitness center. It also had pickle ball courts, basketball courts, a miniature golf course, 2 pools , and playground for the kiddos. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They have activities daily, karaoke, food trucks and Saturday mornings people selling their wares

Crafts! Glitter, stickers, paint, marker, stamps, beads, so much! It was AWESOME for creativity opportunities!

We have loved and utilized our annual membership up until staying here. This place is a disgrace and I strongly urge anyone wanting to visit to stay elsewhere. Unfortunately the people who run this location are unprofessional, sloppy, disorderly and do not know how to properly run a camp site. We stayed here earlier this month and no one was at the front office and we never received an email that had a spot number. We called and text the ranger several times and never received a response. After a long drive with 3 kids we just parked in the first spot we saw available assuming it was first come first serve since we never were given an assigned spot. The second day a ranger comes up to us later in the day after we were all unpacked and settled and told us we had to move, to an entirely different park! They were so rude and we let them know absolutely not, we were not moving because of their mess up. The lady took it real personal and made it her vendetta to somehow make us pay for her mistake?? She started threatening us and telling us she would have us suspended from thousand trails which we didn't care because this was our last trip on our membership that expired the following week and after this experience we definitely didn't want to renew. But then we got a letter saying we owed a fee for a late check out when we left at 10am!!! What a scam. This lady is absolutely insane that it's laughable. I truly cannot believe thousand trails has someone like that being the face of that campground.

Hidden Gem With a Split Personality -- Know What You're Booking…read more Native Falls (formerly Indian Oaks) sits right between Marietta and Temecula wine country, and it's one of those places that can either be exactly what you want... or completely miss the mark depending on expectations. First impression, this place is visually dialed in. The lake, waterfall, oak trees, and overall layout give it a boutique campground feel you don't usually get this close to Temecula. It feels more like a curated outdoor resort than a rough-it campsite. You're minutes from wineries, but once you're inside, it actually feels tucked away. Where it really shines is family-friendly activity level. This is not sit-in-silence camping. You've got swimming, paddleboards, fishing, pickleball, and a beach-style setup that keeps kids busy all day. If you're bringing family, especially younger kids, this place delivers. The staff consistently gets high marks, and that shows up in real-world experience. People mention they're helpful, friendly, and actually engaged, which is rarer than it should be. The Reality Check: "This is where expectations matter." * Not a quiet nature escape This is more "social campground" than "off-grid retreat." Expect kids, music, movement. If you want silence, this isn't it. * Tent sites can be hit or miss Some are close to the road, so you'll get dust and traffic noise. That breaks the illusion pretty quickly. * Still evolving The place is clearly being upgraded. Some areas feel polished, others still feel mid-renovation. Bathrooms and infrastructure can be inconsistent depending on timing. * More "fun zone" than wilderness Think lake day with camping attached, not deep nature immersion. What It Really Is: This is a hybrid between a campground and a low-key outdoor resort. Great for: Families, casual campers, wine country weekends, group trips Not ideal for: Hardcore campers, solitude seekers, or anyone expecting national park-level quiet Bottom Line: If you go in expecting a polished, activity-driven campground with a great setting, you'll probably love it. If you're chasing peace, silence, and raw nature, you'll leave wondering what the hype was about.

It was difficult to use the amenities available, and we ended up leaving early because of that. The campground lost WiFi early in our stay and it was still out when we left. It's literally two minutes from a gas station and less than 10 from a super cute village center with restaurants, cafes, hardware store, and a grocery store. I will say communication is different here than other thousand trails sites. Other sites we've been to send us updates via text but here is more word of mouth or calling in. The BEST thing about this site is the people who work here. They are so kind, informative, and friendly. We've been up here in the snow all week and the work and care the whole staff has taken to ensure everyone's safety has been clearly evident. We've been here late summer and felt the same way, very comfortable and peaceful. And on a note of the other reviews don't blame the park for disruptive people. There's those kinds of people EVERYWHERE, and for those of us who have worked in customer service we know sometimes there's only so much you can do. Second if you have a complaint about thousand trails as a COMPANY don't leave that review on a PARKS Yelp, they don't control the website or TT customer service lines. And lastly yes most spots are only electric and water, but that's why you have a map, and please why do you expect to park your RV on a MOUNTAIN and complain about level sites, that makes no sense. Come equipped with leveling blocks.

(now i have to admit i dont remember if he said the 10 were in addition to or included in that 40 number, sorry am having a brain fart on that one) = the park itself is approx 10 acres of mostly fenced campground and there is a game trail at the back of the property. the owner says he hopes to have cameras set up on the trail & eventually have live cams on their upcoming website.. that will be fun to see.. now mind you WE wanted a quiet relaxing place to stay (we were re-enacting in 90F heat this weekend so having a site we could come back to and relax was Important!) even saturday nite wasnt party city. for us that was a blessing. but if thats what you are looking for you might want elsewhere. the very good: the Owner was warm welcoming and obviously Very proud of how he has taken a very run down facility & is bringing it back to a quality campground. he has done a great deal in the last 3 yrs from his descriptions (while having small children in the home to complicate life :) !!!) the pool is large & inviting. nicely done.. it looks like they are working on a playground but that is not yet finished. bathrooms were clean and well appointed tho parts were still being renovated. they are well lighted & while not huge the main building had multiple toilets/showers that look to be finished soon.. that shower was MUCH appreciated! we had full hookups & he was able to give us a pull thru spot tho most look to be the back in kind.. due to the VERY rocky terrain, the park is in levels - we were in the lower level near the main baths and the pool with about 26 sites - the two upper levels contain the rest. we didnt go up to explore tho. (too tired) the ok -- some things to be aware of (tho we didnt consider them negative, some might) the turn off road (River Rd) from Hwy 74 is not at a light and can easily be missed.. there IS a sign on the road indicating the RV park but you need to be aware its Dark out there at night. for me driving that would be issue - my husband had no problem.. its a 2 lane rd & a bit twisty but not difficult. the one thing we did NOT care for was the turn at the park entrance -it (the entrance) is on the left & there are Multiple signs to mark where to go - but it is at the start of a blind turn to the right.. its very difficult to see oncoming vehicles until you are actually in their way going into the park.. nothing one can do about it as its the public road. just be aware. - the road in the park itself is dirt/gravel and a bit up & down & twisty.. just follow the signs.. you actually pass the lower camp sites to go up to the check in office/mini store.. you Usually have to call the owner for them to come down to the office as he is working all over the property. he came very quickly when we got there. he also noted they are adding more lights and security cameras all over the park as he wants his guests to feel secure and worry free.. he seems very sincere... its rather obvious that there is construction going on all over the park (supply piles and equipment but i didnt find that off putting it just is what it is.. a sign of work being done.. the Area is covered in monadnock boulders (pronunciation: /mnædnk/) [is an isolated rock hill, knob, ridge, or small mountain that rises abruptly from a gently sloping or virtually level surrounding plain] all over the place so there are no straight lines anywhere.. but it does make it very Interesting and full of native to the area flora & fauna---- i even heard the resident owls he told us about and other birds everywhere.. and of course one apparently can access or at least see the game trail.. you will have to get more info on that from the owners... over all the place is delightful, peaceful as well as VERY reasonable costs & we look forward to returning

We notified the manager of this situation but by then had thousands of dollars worth of damage to our coach it took them over 2 months to repair the situation and weekly complaints. My wife had just started a new job in the area and although we really liked the trees in the space the damage to our coach was now substantial and was going to cost us a lot to repair. It was at this time that we discovered that the management here was very uncaring and unconcerned about the damage to our coach caused by their faulty electrical wiring so we posted our first negative review and then the managers began to retaliate against us. We discovered that the the managers have had these electrical problems for a long time and that many of the residents here have had damages to their coaches as well some of them have had so much damage in fact that they can't afford to move many of them are elderly and they don't have the means to move or their trailers are too old to get into a nicer Park so Palm View RV park is run by slumlords and owned by Anthony Delcao and he is a horrible human being. Manager's names are Teresa Porter and Keith Porter and they are drug addicted slumlords that bully tenants don't furnish you with legal leases have unsafe electrical supplies and basically are cheating these poor people out of their money running a trashy little RV Park stay away from this park it's dangerous to hook up here and if you pull up and hook up you might not ever leave.

They will divulge information about current residents to anyone who calls, regardless of whether that person has any right to that information. Illegal activity is ignored and covered up by management. If someone dislikes you and feeds management false information, it is taken as fact. You are then issued a 30-day eviction with no explanation. When you ask why, management claims they are "not at liberty to discuss it with you," yet they have no problem discussing your personal business with a stalker who calls the office asking questions about you. This created an extremely unsafe situation for me and my family. The behavior from management is childish and aggressive. Screaming matches with residents are common, followed by management gossiping about those residents to others in the park. We should never know who is being evicted or taken to court unless the resident chooses to share that themselves. On top of all of this, the constant sewage smell, overwhelming flies, and overall discomfort make this place unbearable to live in. This park lacks professionalism, safety, privacy, and basic human decency. I do not recommend Weekend Paradise to anyone.
