No hand soap in the bathroom, so we were making trips to the shower just to wash our hands. We told the front desk, but took about a day or so for them to bring it. We ended up buying soap from the store. The toilet was compact. Fine if you're under five feet tall, not so much otherwise. The tissue box was folded into a decorative flower with nothing actually usable underneath, which somehow became the perfect metaphor for the whole stay. Aesthetic effort on top of unmet basics. The last night the internet went out and took the TV with it. TV still wasn't working by the time we checked out. It's not that any one thing was catastrophic. It's that the issues just kept stacking. It felt like duck tape and fresh paint on a building that needs more than that. Hampton Inn has a solid brand reputation and this location isn't living up to it. Hope management is paying attention.

We had no Internet access so pretty much bring your own wifi, we requested for fresher sheets we basically was told no the sheets on our bed was clean and the bathrooms had mold in it and the icing on the cake a mouse ran from under the bed to the bathroom. I have no idea why this place wasn't shut down maybe they are close with someone in the health department idk how it works but this place should not be able to service people! The public areas were clean and perhaps a bit worn. The suite itself was large with a fireplace - that was a first and nice given the weather. The bathroom was the big negative. Dark and old with a tub shower. The bed layout was so tight that it was challenging to maneuver around the one side. The breakfast was typical but it was nice to have real plates and silverware versus plastic. The location isn't close to really anything except office parks and some suburban strip malls.

There isn't very much around in walking distance, other than a Chick-fil-A. You definitely need a car. The best thing about this location is that it's convenient to the highway.

Our accommodations as guests attending the wedding for the weekend were in the "Tudor" room. The four poster bed was extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows. HVAC didn't appear to be adjustable but was quite comfortable nonetheless. Bathroom had a very large Jacuzzi as well as sink and walk in shower. Plenty of hot water, strong pressure, very refreshing. The grounds are absolutely amazing and neatly landscaped. The food for the event, including dinner and breakfast were spot on! All-in-all, simply charming.

THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN! (can't warn future patrons of that enough) Went from practically an adult film on one side of us, to what sounded like a kids party on the opposite side the next night!! Get in the new room, key didnt work. There was no phone, how is that possible??! So we went to get food and took a chance the room would not get robbed. Come back to the room, door is locked but key doesn't work. Get new key and there are ants on the bathroom vanity. About 5:30 am my daughter wakes up to find 2 bed bugs in her bed, I can see the bite marks and her skin is red. NO phone in the room to call the front desk, so she goes and sleeps in the car (she's 32 so I didnt object). At sunrise we decide to shower. My daughter takes a shower n mid way...THE WATER SHUTS COMPLETELY OFF. She is now full of soap and no water. WORSE HOTEL EVER!!! Never ever ever again. We usually stay at the holiday inn next door but they were sold out. I would take my chances on a park bench before staying at the Quality Inn. Do yourself a favor and book in advance somewhere else.
