Called the hotel, they don't care about how much distress they have caused, keep telling me "you'll get your money in 5-7 business days" What a terrible, money-first approach to running a business. If I were you I'd go to a motel 6 cause at least they care about their patrons. Also, $207/night for a dirty hotel room with a shower covered in hairs? Not at all worth it.

No fault of the hotel, the guests in rhe room next to ours sounded like they left the children to their own devices and went out, the kids were screaming and banging, just chaos. I called the front desk at 1030 and was assured it would be handled, however the commotion was still going on at 1130, I could hear them through my ear plugs. You can't just go and yell at the guests without fear of retaliation but come on, hotels aren't cheap these days and rooms aren't sound proof.

It's conveniently located near the major highways and surrounded by so many food options that you'll have no problem finding something to eat. They honestly deserve more than the low rating on Yelp. It's not a luxurious hotel and could use some upgrades, but for a quick stay it serves the purpose. The room was clean, which is always a big plus for me. My only real complaints were that the pillows were pretty flat, and the bed was a little firmer than I like. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay.

It feels like a capable crew managing a slow-motion train wreck. Where to start. There was a loud mechanical noise that haunted us for two full days and we never figured out what it was. No hand soap in the bathroom, so we were making trips to the shower just to wash our hands. We told the front desk, but took about a day or so for them to bring it. We ended up buying soap from the store. The toilet was compact. Fine if you're under five feet tall, not so much otherwise. The tissue box was folded into a decorative flower with nothing actually usable underneath, which somehow became the perfect metaphor for the whole stay. Aesthetic effort on top of unmet basics. The last night the internet went out and took the TV with it. TV still wasn't working by the time we checked out. It's not that any one thing was catastrophic. It's that the issues just kept stacking. It felt like duck tape and fresh paint on a building that needs more than that. Hampton Inn has a solid brand reputation and this location isn't living up to it. Hope management is paying attention.

Joe, the owner, is very kind and hard-working...he handles cleaning, cooking, yardwork (a huge lot that would take someone minimum one full day a week to take care of), greeting and guest check-in, and accounting for a 200-year-old building with six or seven rental rooms. It's an impossible task for one person, and that's clearly reflected in the property's cluttered and only lightly cleaned appearance both inside and out. Our two room "suite" was very dusty. Out of season holiday decor, stuffed animals and character decor are out of place in this historic home. The listing photos and website are quite outdated and don't show the current state. With some additional help and TLC, this place could be wonderful again.

We were given the wrong room for one, it was supposed to been a king size bed we was given a twin, the room was ridiculous the smell almost made us sick to our stomach, the sheets were horrendous with stains and cigarette burns it was a mess. Then when we reported that we were given the wrong room the night time manager gave us the key to the right room but we couldn't get in the key didn't work. We had no Internet access so pretty much bring your own wifi, we requested for fresher sheets we basically was told no the sheets on our bed was clean and the bathrooms had mold in it and the icing on the cake a mouse ran from under the bed to the bathroom. I have no idea why this place wasn't shut down maybe they are close with someone in the health department idk how it works but this place should not be able to service people! Couldn't even get a refund we just left didn't even stay there had to go find a other hotel at the last minute after 12 o'clock at night.

This Residence Inn is an old town house design (was this their original concept?). Given the nasty wind and rain and no covered entryway and no dedicated check-in parking spots it was not a great start (at least the parking was free). I asked for an upgraded room as a platinum member but the clerk said they had nothing. Also I had to ask for the platinum welcome gift. She did not offer it. The public areas were clean and perhaps a bit worn. The suite itself was large with a fireplace - that was a first and nice given the weather. The bathroom was the big negative. Dark and old with a tub shower. The bed layout was so tight that it was challenging to maneuver around the one side. The breakfast was typical but it was nice to have real plates and silverware versus plastic. The location isn't close to really anything except office parks and some suburban strip malls.

I was greeted when I checked but it took longer than expected, although I checked in online. Whenever an employee saw me leaving or coming, they would acknowledge me. However, I was not recognized as a Marriott Elite member. I do appreciate the employee giving me a bottle of water, although it was one small bottle of water at check in. There isn't very much around in walking distance, other than a Chick-fil-A. You definitely need a car. The best thing about this location is that it's convenient to the highway.

I'm about 5' 6" and raised my arm a bit too high to touch the ceiling in the shower. No in room microwave, only the one in the lobby near the front desk. Looked like a full bar and restaurant in the area across from the elevators. The elevators are extremely SLOWWWWW. They do have a few snacks and bites for purchase beside the front desk as well and I did see a pool. One of the fixtures for the pole in the shower was lose; shower pressure is TERRIBLE; shower temperature was TBD each time; inside the toilet looked stained/scratched and rusted; cobwebs in one corner over the night table; a resident silverfish in one of the painting mats; should probably try entry doors that go to the floor and not let all the hallway light in when the room is dark; and the toilet made some weird sing-song sound every time it flushed. THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN! (can't warn future patrons of that enough) Went from practically an adult film on one side of us, to what sounded like a kids party on the opposite side the next night!! Every conversation had in the hall sounds like it's in your room. Lose power outlets almost made me late to work...phones was completely dead because the charger had fallen out. First of all, finding the hotel is ridiculous. Its actually not off of the street. It's behind a bank and a mechanic shop. So you have to weave through there to actually get to the crap motel. The only reason why I stayed, or why many people stayed, is because expedia overbooked 50 rooms, so I guess this was last resort??? I would have rather stayed in my car and that I am not joking. We get into our room, it's so muggy and hot. Turn on the AC and light to find a huge room where a second bed is missing. Carpets are stained and disgusting. Piss stain on the toilet paper - ONLY ONE ROLL. NO shampoo or conditioner. Only 2 bars of soap. NO normal size towels. NO tissues. The place is somewhere that you'd probably find prostitutes working out of. Seriously. I call the front desk 3 times until the Indian guy who can barely speak english answers the phone (like he was busy doing something else at 2am?). Told him that there's a bed missing and that we need more pillows and blankets. He asked how many people are in the room, I said 2 but we don't want to sleep in the same bed (lie, 5 - we're not paying ANYMORE for this shady place than needed - I hope he reads this too) and he told me thats how all the rooms are and that closet is closed and he can't get pillows or blankets.
