It's okay but you can't take a swim in the pool in the morning or at least before 12 but you have to check out at 11 and I'm only here for 1 night so but yesterday some one had a wet metal pipe thing then it was about to touch an electric wire and then I got out of the pool

Do you want to be charged 60 dollars for the 30 minutes it takes to realize you made a mistake? I checked out after seeing the room and it cost me a whole $74 dollars. Where else but here can a low price turn into an 2 dollar a minute experience? Have you ever felt worried that you were leaving an hotel room dirtier than you found it? Here you can feel like the hotel room makes you feel dirtier! I even found free sunflower seeds left under the bed skirt. Are you looking for an experience you will never forget? You will feel like you are on the Hollywood set of a derelict hotel but with worse lighting and more of a feeling of disbelief. The tub in my room was so stained, I immediately took pictures to share with my family and friends. You can debate which is more disgusting, the torn and splotchy lamp shades, or the spots of gunk rubbed into the rug. This is a once in a lifetime experience for me, but it can be yours any night you wish!

Bed bugs and roaches everywhere service terrible employees rude and they will walk in ur room after 1 knock to try to catch u nude 2 grey and black haired men under room 262 I believe only 2 employees speak English desk lady from 3 to 11 is nasty

Do. Not. Stay. Here. The place is filthy. There was blood on wall. Toilet wouldn't flush and the "manager" sent a sink plunger that did nothing. Most surfaces had cigarette burns, including the bathtub! Really. All night, skeevy characters wandered the parking lot including several obvious prostitutes and meth heads. This place should be condemned. When I brought all this to the attention of the desk "person," she was dismissive and nonchalant. If you actually find yourself here, you should seriously question whatever terrible choices you have made.

Terrible. Dirty. Really run down. You get what you pay for but DAMN! Skip this place. Too many downfalls. but it was only for 1 night passing thru, visiting from California.

I went to check in. Trash everywhere (should of been my first red flag) I get to the room, and it's filthy. Room smelled like marijuana. Dirty bathroom. Dirty bed. Linens looked like they never been washed. Quarter of joint left in the sink. Went to front desk to ask for another room. The lady says we're fully booked. I ask for a refund, since I'm not staying in an unhygienic room. Lady wouldn't give me a refund. I called my credit card company and file a dispute. No one should stay here. The staff is rude and didn't do anything to help. Do yourself the a favor, spend the extra money and get a decent room somewhere else. Don't be cheap. It's not worth your health to save a few dollars

    Roaches and other pests.

This place has rats and roaches in all rooms. I called the police and still no refund. the prices are a lie and a trap at $80 a night. Please see all the bad reviews of bed bugs and pictures of pests.

Another fake eyelash in the lobby. We had to wait 20 minutes in line to check in.

This is the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed in. There were semen stains on the chair, the curtains were moldy, the bedsheets weren't changed and were full of crumbs and yellow stains, someone's fake eyelashes were on the carpet meaning it wasn't vacuumed, there were flies in the room, and there was garbage and stray cats all over the parking lot. Someone hit my car in the parking lot when I was sitting in it, and when I asked the girl at the front desk if there is a security camera facing the lot, she refused to tell me. I'm not sure what I expected when I booked the cheapest room in Baltimore but I definitely got what I paid for.

    Roaches

Nasty nasty nasty!!! Do not stay here. It's dirty and it's never been cleaned. The people that work here need to learn how to clean. It has roaches and bugs in the rooms. The beds are nasty and the bathrooms have never been cleaned. This is how Indina people live in filth. I already reported this place to the health department and BBB. That's how bad it is. please don't waste your money on this place go somewhere else.

All I can say is DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I have never been to a more disgusting hotel in my life!! I even ask if we could have additional towels because our bath towels had short curly hairs stuck to them and was told at 6:30 pm that housekeeping was closed and maybe in the morning we could get clean towels.!!

Not my first choice hotel but when you're looking for a smoking room, the options are extremely scarce. It's about $80/night. The King size bed was very comfortable and there are a lot of cable channels. Just for $5 more, I opted for the room with the refrigerator and microwave. The rooms are a nice size and there's free parking. It's near the highway and there are many stores and restaurants very close by. It was clean for the most part.....not spotless, but clean. Although the bathroom was small, the shower was big enough to turn around and wash comfortably without hitting the walls or curtain. That made me extremely happy. The staff were extremely pleasant from the attendant to housekeeping. I wasn't a fan of the stairwell. My room was on the second floor and there was only one stairwell in the front by the lobby. So if you had to park in the back or your room was in the back, you have to walk all the way to the front stairwell to get upstairs. And although the sheets and blankets were clean, there were many burn holes in the comforter. Other than that, the motel was decent.

This little roach showed up on the bathroom wall as we were trying to leave.

Worst hotel that I've ever stayed in!! DO NOT USE! I paid for this reservation several days in advance through Hotels.com. I called to let them know of a late arrival. I must have got the worst room in the entire hotel! There was a sign at the front desk that read "No Breakfast" (although advertised on the website). When we got to the room, there was no remote for the TV, the sheets had stains, the hot water faucet in the tub was non-functional (and there was a constant stream of hot water coming from the tub faucet). When we finally settled in to sleep, BED BUGS came from under the mattress somewhere! I know we were not the first people to tell them that the room was not ready or safe for occupants. We packed up and ran out of there. When I asked for a refund, we were told that we had to go to Hotels.com to get our money back. Worse place ever- even for short term rentals.

We were assigned a room on the same floor as the lobby, just past the fitness center. From the outside it was as if we were on the second floor. Our single bed was quite wide, the ceiling above the bed was very high, but the bathroom was small, had no spare toilet paper, and only two hooks to hang anything, which made it tough to hang clean clothing and towels to dry for two guests who do not share towels. Speaking of which, towels provided were limited, so when I found a stain on my bath towel and requested a fresh one, they brought me a whole set. After our time here I saw a video by theholdernessfamily mentioning hotel bathrooms with barn doors that don't close tightly. I didn't realize that was a thing. But it proved true here! Also clear glass shower doors which make it impossible to share the bathroom with a gal pal while someone is showering. Our across the hall neighbor was loud. It was as if there was an open house party each night from about 10:30pm to 11:45pm with all the loud comings and goings. Their 24 hour gym had a water fountain. They have a Grab & Go stocked with a variety of snacks, drinks, some ice cream, and useful things.

We booked a reservation for 4 nights and chose to pay the premium price for this hotel due to the beautiful restaurant onsite and the location. We were excited for our stay. When we arrived we learned they were under construction. There was no food onsite for the duration of our stay - which was 1) not communicated ahead of the stay and 2) very inconvenient for my husband who was working all day from the hotel and would have preferred to take short lunch breaks at the onsite restaurant. This was half the reason for us booking. If that was the extent of it, I would've chalked it up as just bad communication and taken the loss. However, When we arrived they were actively painting the ceiling by the elevators and in order to reach our room, we had to step on the drop cloth covered in paint and navigate past the men on ladders. I got paint on my shoes and paint dripped on my arm on the way to elevator. We stayed on floor 10 and the entire floor had been recently painted and the walls were lined with plastic. I'm pregnant and the paint fumes were overwhelming and gave me a headache to the point where I ended up staying with a friend locally while my husband stayed at our hotel. The banging went on night and day and it made his working experience very tough as well. This absolutely should have been communicated as this environment was dangerous for a pregnant woman and just very uncomfortable for folks in general. I'm really disappointed in Hilton and I would never recommend this hotel to a friend due to the high price and terrible communication and unwillingness to shut down for renovations and instead inconvenience your guests.

It proved to be an excellent base for a short family getaway. The Positives: 1) Room Setup: We appreciated having two queen beds, which worked perfectly for a family of three. Both beds were comfortable, and the room layout felt functional rather than cramped. 2) Location: The hotel's proximity to major attractions was ideal. On our first full day, we walked about 10 minutes along the waterfront to the National Aquarium, which made for an easy and pleasant outing. The next day, we made a similarly short walk to the Port Discovery Children's Museum (formerly known as the Children's Discovery Center). In both instances, being able to walk back and forth without relying on transportation made the trip significantly smoother with a young child. 3) Staff and Service: The staff were consistently helpful. The concierge lounge attendants were friendly, and the front desk team handled check-in and check-out efficiently. On our departure day, we were able to store our luggage seamlessly after checking out, which allowed us to enjoy a few more hours in the area without feeling encumbered. 4) Elevators: This may seem like a small operational detail, but it mattered. We were on the 21st floor, and the concierge lounge is on the 31st. Because there is no direct elevator connection between those floors, we frequently had to ride down to the lobby and transfer elevators. Despite this added movement, the elevators were consistently quick and efficient. We never found ourselves waiting long, even during busier periods--a notable plus in a large waterfront hotel. 5) Concierge Lounge: The lounge was a real asset, particularly on our first evening. After traveling, it was convenient to piece together a full dinner from the generous spread available there. The following morning was more uneven--they ran out of food earlier than expected due to heavier foot traffic--but this appeared to be more of a planning miscalculation than neglect. Overall, having access to the lounge added meaningful value to our stay. (Lounge access is limited to Marriott Bonvoy members with elite status, which fortunately my wife has because of her frequent travels.) 6) Breakfast Buffet: We opted for the breakfast buffet on our final morning. At $32 per person, it is undeniably expensive. That said, the quality and variety justified the price. The offerings were extensive: oatmeal, grits, pork and chicken sausage, bacon, home fries, scrambled eggs, pancakes, made-to-order omelets and waffles, juices, coffee, and more. It was a comprehensive, well-executed American breakfast spread. Overall: For a short family trip to Baltimore, the Marriott Waterfront struck the right balance between comfort, convenience, and service. The location alone makes it highly attractive for families planning to explore the Inner Harbor area, and the operational execution--from elevators to luggage storage--was smooth. We would gladly consider staying here again on a future visit.

We utilized the spa, which was awesome, and appreciated the in-room dining. Our in-room dining server was extremely friendly and funny, which was nice, though our breakfast order was extremely delayed. At least it was good, which is more than I can say for the hotel's other offerings. The hotel restaurants, while elegant with fairly good service, provided food and libations that were mid, if I'm being generous. This was a celebratory stay, and nothing ruins that more than inferior food, which we experienced. Valets were friendly and funny, though they forgot to extend our parking, so we ended up with a ticket (which was adjudicated, but still, not something you expect from the Four Seasons). I don't want to go here just for 1 season, I want to go here for Four Seasons!…read more My friend got me a gift card to the Four Seasons for my birthday to use for the amenities- spa, pool, etc. Instead of just using a day pass, I decided to optimize the gift card and do a solo staycation for an early birthday present to myself! I decided to go the weekend right before the pool closed. Yes I procrastinated a lot since I went in September, but luckily the weather was beyond beautiful! It wasn't too hot and it wasn't too cold! Because of this they extended the pool for one more week, but I'm glad I got to go when I did! I got into Baltimore a little earlier than check-in (2pm) and was hoping for early check-in. While my original room was ready, I had asked for an upgrade and they were able to accommodate me to a room with a balcony completely complimentary! I wish I remembered the concierges' name who helped me, but he was such a kind, sweet man! Honestly all the staff was so sweet, kind and hospitable! Since I got a room upgrade, I had to wait until 4pm. And what other way to wait besides sitting by the pool! They let me keep my luggage by the front desk until my room was ready. So I changed really quickly and made my way to the pool. I was able to get a chair right in front of the pool to be able to soak in the sun. I ordered the - Fed hill fling - 5/5 this cocktail was so yummy! I could just down it, but I decided not to drink too much before my massage! The cocktail names are so cute especially since I lived in Baltimore as well! I had a massage scheduled at 5:30pm and the only downside was that they didn't inform me that was room was ready. I had to check in around 4pm with the hostess at the pool. Luckily I was able to quickly go upstairs, change, and head my way back down to the spa to be able to enjoy the spa for a bit before my massage! My masseuse was thoroughly knowledgeable about everything! She respected what I wanted to get massaged and what I opted out for. The experience was truly relaxing and I was so bummed I didn't have a lot of time to experience the spa. But I wasn't too worried since the spa is open year round, unlike the pool. I made my way back to the pool for the perfect golden hour sunset! This time I was by the hot tub and I seriously did not want to get out! I ordered 2 of the same drinks- The blossom spritz 4/5- I'm coming to realize I'm not really a spritz girl, but it was seriously the perfect night cap. I headed back to my room and decided to order room service instead of heading downstairs to Maximon. I got- Caesar salad 5/5 - this was probably the best dish I ordered Fries 4/5 - your typical fries Mac n cheese 2/5 - I ordered from the kids' menu because I have a small appetite, but I'm not sure if this was Mac n cheese or just buttered noodles. There was no cheese! I also ordered room service for breakfast- Just egg scramble 3/5 - it was okay.. I suggested to add cheese, but I guess they forgot. And I'm not sure why she added a grilled tomato, but it was actually good! Iced coffee 5/5 - okay yeah this coffee hit the spot after the amount of cocktails I had and I definitely needed a jolt so I could survive the day! I really liked that they had all the amenities you need at the pool- cucumber water, umbrellas, sunscreen, etc. Although the sunscreen did leave a white cast on my skin. Overall my experience at the Four Seasons was truly unforgettable that I'm already thinking about visiting again! If it wasn't for my gift card, I probably wouldn't have gone, but I'm so happy I did! Not to mention, Adam Sandler was also staying there and I was able to get a glimpse of him when he walked by the pool!

My room was cleaned twice in that 5 day window which was just enough. The common areas were clean. The breakfast offered was good. I stuck to the oatmeal, bagel and coffee. I did have a meal from the bar/hotel restaurant and it was very very good! My room was clean and spacious! I had the issue with the toilet but then also the refrigerator had an ice machine that kept making ice nonstop and made noise on and off throughout the day. My room Was on the 12th floor but the noise outside from the passing traffic and loiters across the street woke me up and kept me up 3 out of those 5 nights. The bed was comfortable and the room was good. The hotel was nice but it's just the noise outside that was the biggest issue.
