I met with Angel the front desk concierge who gave us complimentary chocolate chip cookies. I got our key to our room and walked into a fortress / palace. The queensized beds were made to perfection the white comforters were filled with feathers. The mattress was memory foamed. Then the next day breakfast was out of this world I met with Bobby he was our waiter for the day. He looks like the famous actor christopher meloni who is best known for playing Detective Elliot Stabler on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. The Doubletree by Hilton Baltimore North Pikesville has every amenity you can think of the lobby is decorated with Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority colors, royal blue and gold and the manager Ms. Jae (who is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. was awesome as well. My room had vinyl floors with a carpet mat on one side but not the other. The mini refrigerator wasn't working. The tv had a blue tint. The bathroom had bad patching and moldy ceilings. At check in we elected to have the room cleaned and it wasn't cleaned. The lobby was nice but didn't have water or coffee. Overall do not recommend this place.

The incidental hold was noticeably higher than the typical $50 I'm accustomed to, and as a long‑standing Hilton Honors member, I was neither acknowledged nor asked about my membership at check‑in. When I inquired about receiving my usual amenities, I was told I could only choose one item--even though multiple options were displayed. The room itself was nice, but the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and in the morning the shower never produced hot water, which is unacceptable for any hotel stay. At checkout, the interaction was equally disappointing. The staff member didn't ask how my stay was or offer any courtesy; he simply looked at me as if to drop the keys and move on. The overall lack of hospitality, recognition, and basic service makes it clear that I will not be staying at this hotel again.

One who kept telling me their Manager wasn't available every time I called and the other telling me the manager wouldn't come to the phone and refuse to talk to me. I spoke to customer service and they said they wouldn't help me because this location already made a decision not to assist me with canceling my reservation due to being ill. The front desk receptionists refused to provide the contact information for the General Manager. This is poor customer service. I will never book a stay with Hampton Inn again and I suggest you do the same. #boycott

Housekeeping kept things immaculate everyday and made sure we didn't need anything from coffee to our beds made. The Kitchenette was cool , fully stocked kitchen essentials, the coffee maker was easy to use!, fridge cleaned. Made dumplings the pots & pans great nonstick!, the complimentary breakfast was different and delicious everyday! LOOOVEd they had jars of ingredients to make your own parfaits or add them to a waffle ! in the waffle maker!.. the staff was amazing and kind and helpful. One fell on the ground right next to my child. The nighttime clerk moved us to another room, on a different wing, which did pass my white glove inspection... Second, we have a dog. We had a late checkout (2pm). At 10:25 housekeeping knocked on the door, the door that clearly had the do not disturb sign and the dog sign. Dog (and her humans) were not amused. Im sure the guests of neighboring rooms were also not amused by my dog's barking response. Breakfast- we got there at 9;20- was very sparse. This is not a hotel thing, but a really rude human thing, when a man lifted the lid to the sausage biscuits, touched each one, and then shut the lid... that was gross. We did not eat there. If you choose too: waffle machine (it was out of batter), bagels (2), sealed muffins, scrambled eggs (dog liked), sausage biscuits (see above note) and turkey sausage were options. Juices, coffee, yogurt and cereals also available. Not the cleanest space with a lot of spillage of foods- but that is a patron issue as well as staff. (We saw no staff.) If you like roaches and don't care about germs- this hotel is for you. One positive, the nighttime clerk "D" was fantastic and responsive and also horrified by the roaches our first room.

    I would suggest that for the amount that you pay weekly, your money would be better spent someplace…read moreelse. First, I want to start with the aesthetic. Everything looks nice. At least in the lobby. Exactly what you would expect for a hotel that charges almost $1,500 per week. They do serve breakfast and the hours and pretty decent. It's normally the same thing-- your general around the mill breakfast items. Past that, this location is a NIGHTMARE. You'll receive conflicting information about literally everything. And if you file a complaint, the manager, Trey, will verbally assault you and be nasty. Good luck getting a refund too. She disapproves all requests made from corporate even with the complaint issues being founded. The sanitation was non-existent. Every other day, you can say something to multiple staff members and it's normally just, 'I'm sorry-- I'll put a note in'. It kind of sucks when you pay for two beds and can only use one or you never have your toilet paper replenished. Trey literally put her hands on another employee right in front of me when I attempted to ask the employee whether what was being asked was logical and made sense. Her response was 'I am the manager and you're not answering that. Don't speak to her'. Imagine informing a manager that you don't have rags and towels to wash up .. as a female and you're staying in a hotel for approximately one (1) month. It sucks because if it was an isolated incident, I could understand. But other patrons said the same thing about having the same issues. This location might do better with better management or closing down altogether. I was so disappointed at my experience here BUT I understand that this isn't reflective of every Hilton property so hopefully, IF or WHEN I try again, my experience will be better.

    MICE. Traveller's beware…read more When I booked this room on booking.com, as a second tier Genius Level, I had no idea this location was infested. It wasn't until I was sleeping and got up to use the facilities that I was surprised by 3 mice running out from under the bed. And..I had just put my feet on the floor. I immediately informed the front desk who claimed they had never had a claim from a guest of mice. I was skeptical and asked what my options were. He said I could move to another room...uh that would be a no...I didn't believe that room would be any different. He said my second option was a refund. I took the refund. Then I was asked to vacate the premises. Oh and 3 - 5 days for refund. Once I left I contacted booking.com. Now..I've used booking.com for a minute..I knew they would have my back. They Didn't. Oh, they offered to find me a place, however it was so unfortunate this happ ened..And... they would need to charge my credit card..If only I had paid through Them. So sorry. They have no control over e property refund. Why didn't I ask for cash? Maybe... because. I needed a Credit Card to book the room? Because I don't really carry cash like that? I told them they could cut the Customer Service BS and put a Supervisor on line. The Supervisor stated her colleague was correct, I would have to wait 3-5 days till my Bank credited me for the refund. So sorry..maybe you could go back and ask for cash refund? Riiiight. She didnt Sound like a Supervisor. Colleague, not employee? 1. Its my banks fault for not processing My refund since the refund takes 3-5 days and charging my card took less than 30 seconds. 2. It's My fault I had to sleep in my car since I didn't expect MY card to be charged multiple times, and it's MY fault for renting with Ramada BEFORE I dug through the reviews and saw that the Mice have been there for more than a year...and that the most current I could find dated less than a few weeks ago once I put in keyword: MICE. My Bad for not specifically searching for Mice. Travellers BEWARE. I will post on multiple sites, as is my right. If no one is looking out, I will try. It was a horribly, unnecessary, traumatic piece of drama that was "totally" avoidable, NOT. Traveller's--Beware
