They got new management as of late May (maybe that's why "Wow!" has been dropped from the name) so the old reviews are probably no longer relevant. Got a pound of Texas Hot: hot with taco seasoning & ranch. They were crispy enough though not very crispy. The flavour was sour & spicy: the spiciness was on the edge of being intolerable (certainly not what I'd expect for only 2 chilis) & quite sour. The flavour was decent but the hot taste predominated - I couldn't taste the taco seasoning & couldn't really taste the ranch: it just registered as a vaguely creamy sauce (when I had it on its own I could just about taste it & recognise it as ranch, though my palate was quite shot out by the spiciness).

They were selling each pound of wings for $5 each (regular price $15/lb). IT WAS SOOOOOOO BUSY. The parking lot isn't big by any means and the line wrapped around the corner of the plaza! I got there around 11:20-ish (slightly after they opened) and the line already extended to Bueokae, two units down. I waited around 1.5 hrs approx to get my food (around 1 hr in line before being able to order and then another 30 min before my order was ready). Brandon, the gentleman manning the front of house looked like his soul left his body because there were so many ppl. But he was still serving customers with a smile. I saw my mans taking red bull out of the mini fridge behind him and chugging it LOL. I would say it was worth the wait for my food. Chicken honey (honey garlic): These babies were still crispy when I lifted the lid! I was able to see chunks of garlic running throughout the sauce too which leads me to believe they make the sauce in-house instead of buying it. The Clucker: Ok so this was my least fave. The skin was kinda soggy on these and the ranch didn't really do much for me on these ones. It was also not as flavourful as the other two. Because it was customer appreciation day, each person was limited to 3lbs only. I kinda wish I went with mango habanero instead of the Clucker. The wings were quite big and plump. None of that puny wing bs. No cheating or cutting corners it seems like. The guy bringing orders out of the kitchen had a smile on his face the whole time and he gives you a lot of extra napkins which is great (as a finger food he understood the assignment lol). When you get there, you will see a screen letting you know if your pizza is ready, which i found very helpful. The pizza had lots of cheese, as well as, all the other toppings. When I got the pizza it was piping hot, as it was just finished baking. The dough was crispy and at the same time very soft and chewy. Absolutely love their pizza and look forward to going back in the next little while.
