    a menu for chicken wings

Tried 4 more of their wing flavours. Eric linsauce just tasted like medium. You can see the spice speckles but the flavour is overwhelmed by the medium. It's still decent, though. Smoky garpar was good. It was as it says on the label. The garpar was subtle (a good decision), so the smoky edge was apparent. Aurora's Finest was excellent. It had a great tandoori taste which was not just skin deep: the flavour really penetrate. I couldn't taste the dill, though. Peace in Ukraine was a creamy Buffalo offset by sweet chili. It was a great Buffalo variant. French onion soup was decent.

Prime rib sandwich thin slices was well done so it tastes like well done beef slices instead of shaved prime rib

First time trying this place after hearing from different neighborhood posts that the wings is great etc. poutine was decent not 4-5 star but atleast not disappointed. Prime rib sandwich was not worth $18, husband ate the sandwich but I tried it the beef in my opinion was too well done not sure if there was any option to choose but it didn't taste like prime rib sandwich. Also ordered 2lb wings if you want sauce type maybe because it was hot in the take out containers within 20 min or so latest going home they were quite soggy. I also mentioned not too spicy and didn't know which flavor to try but they were both too spicy and I like spicy food. Flavors tried was a jerk sauce snd the cajun/hot combo called Cattahart Coots. May give the wings a try another time but not with sauce as the size were decent snd if not the sogginess flavors would be what the orders supposed to be.

Honey garlic wings and honey sriracha wings. Top notch wow!!

Nice small spot in aurora, family run. Hands down the best wings in York region. Way better than the big over priced guys (wild wing/Allstars/duffs/Buffalo wild wings) this place actually puts care and love into their food especially the wings. Super crispy and juicy inside. Tried the honey garlic and honey sriracha tonight .... will come back for sure.

Best wings in Aurora! Plump, flavourful and especially good with Tina's dill dip, made in house. Enough said.

This place was on my radar in my quest for good poutine that is locally available. After checking…read moreseveral reviews online, I decided to check this place out. (Take out) Impressions: all the positive reviews may be about the volume and price than delicacy. We ordered: # Crispy buffalo chicken sandwich (side: onion rings) $13: The chicken was supposed to be crispy, but it was not. Yes, it was take-out so that may be the factor. However, the chicken was drenched with sauce... the focus was volume (with onion rings) and sauce, rather than the texture. # Single dawg (Side: beans) $26.50: Came with 1/4 pound Beef Brisket and 1/4 pound pulled pork, drizzled with HD bbq sauce. And 3 bone St. Louis Ribs. Again, huge volume for the price. Abundant French fries. But the brisket texture was mediocre. Pulled pork was tender, but beef brisket and ribs were crunchy at the edges and inside was a bit dry. It came with 2 slider buns, regular small buns which were grocery store level. # Poutine (large, $9): Huge, but nothing special otherwise. The gravy did not taste natural, but good enough. As good as fast food chain. The fries are homestyle. I did not try their wings which are their most popular items with variety of flavors. May be I want to try them. Who does not like wing deals on a lazy relaxing Friday night!?

A couple Saturdays ago, I was running a few errands. Once I was done, I felt like visiting a diner for lunch. I did a search and found Poached Dreams Diner in Aurora. I didn't mind driving up from Markham to check it out. It was straightforward getting here. I parked in the parking lot and walked in from what looked like the back of the diner. There's also a front door with a patio that faces Wellington Street East. I was immediately greeted by a young, enthusiast woman. I let her know that I needed a table for one. She got me to a comfortable booth by the window. The catch is that you have to watch your step to get to your seat. It's a treat when I have breakfast out. I thought that I'd be getting french toast. Well, all that changed when I saw a heading for comfort foods on the menu. Nothing makes me happier than seeing open-faced sandwiches on a menu. It was probably during my days living in Winnipeg that I fell in love with such sandwiches and at least a side. New goal: come here and have every open-faced sandwich on the menu. I got cold water to start. It was refreshing and much needed after running errands. I ordered these items for my meal: - Diet Coke (2) - Hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and veggies My Diet Coke came with a glass with ice. I loved it. I wish the can was larger! I needed a second can for dessert. I loved my hot turkey sandwich. There was a generous amount of sliced turkey smothered in sauce over a slice of white bread. I got to choose my starch. I went with mashed potatoes. There was enough gravy over the turkey that I dunked my spoonfuls of mashed potatoes into it. I loved the steamed veggies. They were perfectly cooked. They also went into the gravy. The meal was delicious. I'd order it again. I felt like dessert. I asked if there was any. Baklava with pistachios. I said yes. I thought that it would be a square or rectangle. Nope. I got a roll. Cool! It was perfect. It had the right amount of honey. It was crispy and yummy. So good! I paid my bill at the table. I tipped and then tapped my credit card. I elected to have the receipt texted to my phone, which also signed me up for its points program. Yay! I learned that this diner has been open since June 2025. I'm always late to any party because I seem to live under a rock or in a cave. I'm glad that I visited this eatery. Great food. Great service. Great! I used the washroom before I left. The women's washroom was clean and had a full-length mirror. This eatery is huge. It looks like there's a cafe for those grabbing coffee and maybe a snack before leaving. I look forward to returning for more good eats and drinks. (148)

Upon entering, the space is super spacious and clean. My friend ordered their 2 egg special with bacon, and I ordered their soup and sandwich combo ($12/13). I decided to go with their tuna salad and chicken noodle soup. Upon recommendation from our server, I also ordered their cappuccino- it was very delicious. Amazing food and great service, I would like to come back and try some of their dinners dishes.
