I just ordered off of Uber eats, not only was it TWENTY dollars for 5 onion rings, and 10 pinkish wings... the grand total was $30.00 when it got to the door and the food looked like it was tossed around in the box, it was cold as ice... even my friend didn't want any. I ate it and it was disgusting. I feel gross and will NEVER order wild wing again. P.S..... I called wild wings for a free meal and/or my money back and she told me it's Uber's fault... so I call Uber and they don't give me any information as to them giving me any discounts or money back. So now I'm extremely disappointed in both services absolutely robbing me tonight. Beware!.... read more

Wild Wing - Chicken Wings Near Me - Orléans, Ontario

I was craving wings so we went to Wild wing on Innes road. It was a huge disappointment. We were seated and they got us our drinks pretty quick. Everything went downhill after that. We waited 30 min to get the waitress attention (she had cool pink hair, but some attitude maybe tired or long shift but did not give a crap) Some of the food we ordered eventually came about an hour later, but the fries were super cold and stale that I thought they were from the previous night. I asked other waiter for fresh ones. He checked the fries with his own hand, apologized, and said they'd bring a fresh plate. They never brought another plate of fries. Then the nachos we order came about 20 minutes later. Again, they were super cold and old too. At that point I was so hungry, I ate the whole plate. We were never given cutlery, nor any napkins (eating wings lol). I only got the one drink because I knew there was zero chance of getting to order another one. Crappy service, crappy food, and the best part is while we were waiting the hour for food, our one visit waitress was taking shots and eating behind the bar right beside the manager ‍ then when we stand up to ask for the bill, our pink hair waitress rolled-up her eyes on my face and went away, other kind lady approached and gave me the bill. read more

I've been to another location of Wild Wings before and thought it was A-OK. This one had a nicer space overall - but everything was coated in stickyness. Needs a good cleaning! Staff were nice, food was what we expected. Multiple TVs ensure you've always got something sporty to watch, even if it's a golf tournament. :-\ Would I recommend: It's fine. If you want wings, it's reliably good. Not exciting. Would I return: Sure. This location happens to be by a movie theatre we like, so I'm sure we'll end up here again - it's convenient. read more

It has been months since we last ordered from Wild Wings Orleans. We were disappointed at the quality and quantity but everyone can have a bad day. So, we ordered again. This time, anticipating smaller quantity we ordered the triple wing order. Not only was it small, the wings were dry and overcooked and the order did not even include fries anymore. A real disappointment for $39..99. I am afraid, once bitten, twice shy. I do not think we will be back and would certainly not recommend Wild Wings Orleans. read more

Wild Wing - Chicken Wings Near Me - Orléans, Ontario

The food is good but the quickness of service leaves a lot to be desired. Then after ordering the 'special' we got the bill and it was the wrong price. With all of the businesses in this area we won't be coming back any time soon. Then after messing up the bill they wouldn't fix it. 1 Star because Yelp won't let me put 0. read more

HOW COULD I FORGET! We ordered for delivery " the triple" which is 3 servings of 8 wings with 3 choices of dipping sauces, 3 celery and carrots. That should be 24 wings for $41.00....you would think. What they call a wing is 1 wing piece. So a real whole wing is equal to 2 pieces of theirs. On top of that they're very small wing...pieces. The celery and carrots aren't worth mentioning. (We're are those young new Carleton lawyers to prove what a wing is) LOL. Anyways, so what I really paid for was: 12 small real wings divided by $41.00 (plus tax plus tip to be delivered.) That equals $3.41 for a full (and small) wing, a slice of celery, carrot and a bit of a dip....for take out. I must be behind the times. The one time I had their wings prior to this was many years ago and I forgot. I ate in. I won't be back and I do like Popeyes. FOR TAKE OUT. read more

We went to Wild Wing recently with a large group for Saturday night hockey for my husband's birthday. This Wild Wing was the only restaurant of the franchises in Ottawa that was willing to take a reservation. There were 15 of us and the one on Donald street told us to arrive without reservations and 'hopefully' they would be able to seat us...ahhh no. Anyways when we arrived at this Wild Wing, our table was in a prime spot in front of all of the tvs so we had a great spot to watch the game. The waitress was unbelievably sweet and attentive. Some people are just seriously freakin' awesome at their jobs and this girl is one of those people. I could not have hoped for better service. The refills were done without having to ask (which is a pet peeve of mine) so I was happy. I had the chilli dog with sweet potato fries because I don't like wings (it was my husband's birthday so his choice in restaurant) and it was really good, not amazing but not a choice I regretted. We started off with the Mac and cheese bites and I probably wouldn't get them again. They just lacked flavour and the noodles were a bit soft. A nice touch was the free birthday lava cake. Overall, the customer service was what earned this place 4 stars. Willing to accommodate and wonderful wait staff! read more

This rating is for service only. We didn't get to try the food. The restaurant was not busy at all, three or four other tables and three servers (on a Friday night, guess it should have been a sign). Each server passed by us at least twice but would not make eye contact. The other tables were checked up on multiple times but we were never even asked for our order. After 20 minutes, we gave up and went to Five Guys across the parking lot. read more

We went in a little after the dinner rush (about 7:30 p.m.) on a Thursday evening. The hostess promptly seated, even offered a choice of seats. I ordered the Smoke Stack (brisket sandwich) and my wife ordered the Greek Wrap. The wait for the food was a little longer than I expected, but not unreasonable. The Smoke Stack sandwich portion size was smaller than I expected, and didn't contain much meat; my wife's wrap was a good size. Both were quite tasty, though. The fries served with the sandwiches arrived warm and crisp, but seemed to rather quickly turn cool and soft. Throughout, the waitress was personable and reasonably attentive. All in all, eating at Wild Wing on Innes Road was a fairly forgettable experience. It was neither so bad as to be memorable, nor so good as to be memorable. I would go back if someone else wanted to, but would likely pass it by for somewhere else if the choice was my own. read more

Now that I had a chance to really try this place. I must say that the wings (sweet escape and cajun dry rub) and the fried pickles were good. The service was also good. A good start for this new restaurant in Orleans. read more

Horrible service, Horrible food, can't get a simple wing order correct. Service is Slow, and our server was really rude Her response to our complaint was unprofessional We reached out to the owner, but they don't seemed interested in our feedback. Much better wing places in Orleans. I'd recommend trying St Louis Bar and Grill, there they know how to serve a customer, and serve hot wings to order. read more

So I ordered 2 "orders" of wings. Figuring a typical order of wings is usually 1lb. The boxes were real small so I weighed them in the box, 0.64lb container included. That is some impressive markup and marketing to call them orders not pounds. Never again. read more

Love the boneless wings. Favourite flavour is Sweet Escape! So many options to choose from. Pickled Willies are also great (deep fried pickles). read more

Overpriced. The wings are more than a dollar each. Repeat: The wings are more than a dollar each. At 9 for $10.99, you'll pay $1.22 each. A double order saves you 4 cents a wing. 'Medium' spiciness may exceed your heat expectations. $7.49 gets you 5 three-inch mozzarella sticks. The $16.99 underdone (yet reputedly 'fall-off-the-bone') half-rack of ribs inexplicably tasted like hot dogs. My wife reported her hamburger's patty dry and thin. The french fries were the best part of the meal, properly-seasoned with good taste and texture. Dani A.C. reported awful service -- we weren't ignored as that party was. Too bad; we would undoubtedly have had a better experience elsewhere. Not recommended. Not returning. read more

I enjoyed my time at wild wing yesterday so did my two sisters and my dad I will for sure I will come again read more

Slow .. slow... slow.. been twice- both times not busy with unbelievable wait times - wait staff didnt seem to care.. I am baffled as to how wings and fries can take so long read more

The food was good, as I expected from a wild wing. We went on the Monday wing night and the place was fairly dead. Considering the lack of customers I was surprised as to how slow the service was. I did however enjoy my evening, server was polite, but I think I'll pass on going to that location again. read more

So many flavors to choose from! I had the Canadian sauce (maple and bbq, I think)- it was awesome! Our server was very sweet and cute (bill says Michele on it). Hostess was also very nice, she greeted us quickly and brought us to the table we asked for. I will be bringing my boys back again soon, they certainly enjoyed the pub atmosphere in a family friendly restaurant. Something unique in Orleans! Welcome to the area! read more

Went in for a particular menu item. Was told it was no longer on the menu. Opted for 1/2 rack of ribs. The sauce tasted like Franks with a hint of Tobasco. Very small portions. My friend had wings. $60 including our bevvies. We woukd have been better off at Montanas. read more
