The new location is awesome and the food is always great. We always ask for Vannah to be our server because she's awesome and gives the best service with a smile. read more

This clearly offers to join the online waitlist. It asks questions and gives me time windows to choose from. Only to get to the restaurant to hear them tell me they don't do this waitlist. I would urge you to disable or remove. Certainly creates a misconception to customers. read more

The service is always great, but the food is hardly worth the price. If you're hungry, I'd say go elsewhere.. but if you're going out with friends to watch a game..etc it's not the worst place in the world. read more

After reading the reviews I really wanted to see for myself and I am so glad I did. The food was amazing and the server was excellent. Skylar made plenty of recommendations and they were on the money. The food came out promptly and we tried 10 different sauces read more

Nice location, establishment is clean and has good service. Food was good and beer cold. Went for lunch date with my wife. Everything was to a liking and the location even has a bar to sit at. It has booths and tables to sit as well. The only thing is that it's a little pricy, but it's a nice place. Worth the price paid for the food. Service for other tables wasn't so hot. Pick your location where you sit, you may end up waiting too long for your food and getting it cold. I would recommend this location for food and beer, but don't go starving. read more

I'll start by praising our waitress, Savannah, because she did really well. After that, it goes downhill. Also good was the bacon, egg and cheeseburger. Very tasty. And the teas were OK. But..... the big fat fries were warm(ish) and could have been a lot crispier. Those onion rings are a fiasco! The breading was so thick it was like actual bread! Inedible to our party of three. The little nuggets? Not bad but the price comes out to like a dollar-something per nugget; and they ain't that big. Again, party of 3 with two burgers, a warmed up frozen mozzarella stick as an app, 30 nuggets, some extra fries.....and it was SEVENTY DOLLARS!! No alcohol. Just food. And not an extraordinary amount. Looking back at the menu, the 18 piece 'nugget' (again, pretty small) is 18+ bucks!! The $11 burger was OK and "MIGHT" get me back, but I doubt it. And thank goodness we went at like 4:30PM because it was already packed, and loud. Why are people paying this much for so-so food? And waiting hours to do it? Color me confused. I don't get it. I was hoping it would be different than the "other" wing place across town that we don't like, but alas, it's the same old game. read more

Nice waitress - other than that - this place has to get it together and the manager should never tell us that our wings (which is all we ordered) took 50 min because I asked for flats and my husband asked for drumsticks ‍!!! Are you kidding me? They did give us a discount but blaming us for a 50 min wait on our wings was crazy! Not cool! Not sure I'll be back ! The food tasted fine but I'm not happy about how long it took and they weren't even packed out read more

Our service from our waitress was good, which is why I gave 2 stars. Every time I have had wings from here they are dry and sauce less and tonight was no exception. After spending $72 plus tip on dry wings I will not be giving another chance. Overpriced and horrible quality. read more

So how do you advertise being open till 11 but close your kitchen @ 10. Just bad business. I've ran a restaurant before and you just don't do that! read more

The most outstanding part of our visit was our server - - Courtney (COURT) Hogsett - - for such a young lady she is the epitome of customer service. Rare today and for one so young it was refreshing. First time and we were not disappointed. The receptionists were cordial and easy to talk to - - really young too. The wings were good and the onion rings were huge and tasty. One of the things we did not necessarily care for is that there is just too much on the menu to choose from. It is very convenient to our house and could definitely be a reason to patronize again. read more

Ate here with my family. Audrey was our waitress and she was great. The wings were delicious and my son cleaned his plate of chicken fingers and fries. We'll definitely be back. read more

I must say this may be my last time visiting wild wings. After placing an order 24 hours in advance it was a total disaster. I certainly understand being busy on New Year's Eve. If you didn't staff or plan appropriately you stop taking to go orders for walk in customers that didn't order in advance. Waited for over an hour for my food after the scheduled curbside pickup time. Sat in designated curbside parking with no staff in sight to notify customers at all that they needed to come inside. Thankfully I was dressed to come in as often during pandemic that wasn't the case. Never for the pizza we ordered and had to be refunded for that. Order was still over $200 and I tipped despite the poor service because it wasn't the poor front line staffs issue it is clearly a management issue. Food was good as always but not worth the struggle. Too many other wing options. Please consider going elsewhere. read more

The food and wait staff are decent. But I believe this place is busy by default. Other options are limited in Warner Robins.

10/10 do not recommend lol. Sucked. Husbands wings didn't hardly have any meat on them. My Mac & cheese was cold and looked like it was scraped from the bottom. It definitely wasn't worth the price of everything. :( read more

Love the food, the servers and the bartenders. Great place to watch sports on TV or listen to live music. The outside deck is a great place to hangout read more

I was there last week. The waitress took about 30 minutes to bring the drinks. Didnt took our order after. After that about 10 minutes later he took our order and it was another 45 minutes waiting for the food. The medium wings I had were dry like the desert. No sauce whatsoever. Definitely not going back in there. Looks like they choose who they serve nice, quickly and who's customer service are not the priority. read more

Wings were good, not exceptional. Still need to try some different sauces. The little blond bartender was full of herself and actually rude. Good beer selection. Need to work on service... friendliness counts! read more

What a disappointment! Waited 30 minutes on a flipping Monday night to be seated and waiting another 30 mins. Then the over cooked TINY wings/drumsticks came. What the hell happened to this place. $51 later...Not good. Zaxbys has better wings for goodness sakes! Wait staff was good but nothing else was read more

I love this place I went there once the server was nice (Ask for Logan) the wait wasn't bad the bill was a little pricey but overall this restaurant is enjoyable for all 5 stars read more

Went on a monday at 3pm and was seated right away which was great. However, we waited 15 min. For someone to take our drink order, all the while watching TWO employees behind the "to go orders" counter do nothing, but play on their phones and color kids menus. Still took another 10 min to get our drinks. In all, waited 25 min to get our beers. When we did get our beers, my husband was given the wrong beer, even after the waiter had came back and told him they were out of Miller lite so he said he'd take a Coors. He brought him what I was having, a tropicalia which was $4 more. Ordered onion rings for an app and they were super greasy and just plain gross. Ordered a blue burger that was suppose to come with bacon, ...it didn't. Had to ask for ranch again that I'd asked for when ordering and wait for 10 min for it because "he'd forgot" andi reminded a 2nd time. Overall, service slow (we were there 2 hrs from start to finish) and not good. Food, mediocre. Should have talked to a manager, but doubt it would have mattered considering what we were noticing. read more

Back again on Mothers Day. Mens bathroom counter top hasn't changed.....still full of water. Food is delicious.

Was in the parking lot and it was busy inside. Called in for a wait time so I wouldn't have to pull my two kids out of a car seat and was told the manager didn't like for them to give a wait time over the phone as they would have to leave the to-go order desk to walk to the hostess desk and then walk back. Absolutely absurd. After being a loyal customer, this manager and restaurant can go away like every other poorly run WR chain establishment. I won't be back. read more

The food is decent, but the beer is over-priced. Much of that could be over looked if there was great service. But that was severely lacking. Our server disappeared for 10-20 minutes at a time. When we left, we confirmed our frustrated suspicions that she was taking frequent smoking breaks. read more

We had good service tonight and didn't have long of a wait at all, we waited about 20 minutes at rush hour for a table of 5 so it wasn't bad at all. Only thing is all of these teenager girls that are working get their little boys to come in here. Our waitress spent more time with the table of boys than she did with anything. And so did many other teenagers that i guess knew the guys. read more

The food is dreadful. I think people just like it because they have over 20 TVs and a ton of beer on draft. The only edible thing I ate was the vegetarian quesadilla... but the gauc for a dollar more was some of the worst I've ever had. Now keep in mind that it's hard to mess up gauc, but Wild Wings manages to do it. The wings were terrible. I took one look at them and knew they were going to be bad. Also, the blue cheese dipping sauce had no flavor... and no punch. I'll only be back for beer and sports. THAT'S ALL. read more

Worse service. Restaurant was not packed. Ashley was our server and last time we saw her was when she took our order and brought our drinks to us. The only good service we had was by the food runners. read more

Appetizer sat before being brought out to us. The chips were stale. Server paid attention to larger parties. Everything took way longer than neccessary. Not sure I'll be back. read more

Totally ridiculous wait time, and it made it worse when you see people come in after you with the same amount of people to their table and they get seated half an hour before you. We talked to one party so we know they'd just put their names on the waiting list, so who the heck is managing this mess? They have a full bar, but absolutely no frozen drinks, not all of us drink beer people. So after an hour and a half wait we finally got a table. The waitress came quickly, that was a blessing, and after another 40 minutes the food finally came. The canned music was just not needed with the noise level from all of the people. Felt like we were in a bad night club, with lots of noise but no excitement. Luckily the food was good, we may give it another try, but i think we'll wait for quite a long time, maybe they can get their seating down properly if we wait several more months. read more

Love this place...food is awesome! It's nice having a different sit down restaurant on the south side of town.

Came in, waited 15 minutes passed the wait time, finally seated, drinks came out quick but then we waited over an hour for just chicken wings which came out cold like not even a little warm. The food was decent at best but if you don't mind the drive just go to the Macon location, this place has a lot of things to figure out read more

Was waiting for an hour for a table after being told 30 minutes wait. Called after an hour and the hostess said another 30 minutes. Left restaurant because I was hungry and tired of waiting and 10 minutes later the text came through that the table was ready!!!! We were already gone!!! The estimated time they give is all wrong and this is my third time dealing with this! Will not be back! read more

I went to the one in Macon a few years back and it was horrible so coming to the WR location I figured it would be bad, but boy was I wrong. The wings are AMAZING! They definitely exceeded my expectations! The only thing I don't like is the layout of the restaurant and the seating but that's nothing that can be changed lol! read more

Cato has been our waitress/bar tender for over 5 years. We follow her wherever she goes. Thankfully she introduced us to Wild Wings and we found it a great place to go and unwind after a hectic day. Bethany was amazing, I really like her tots. She provided me with lots of napkins thank you!

I ordered my meal through WaiterApp. I only ordered two items and one of them was missing. I called the establishment to let them know. The girl on the phone says what do you want us to about it. Rude customer service. Will not be ordering from here again. read more

The good: The fried shrooms were great. Could improve: This place was great when it opened. Not so much now. I've been there a few times recently and found the service has become sub-par on most occasions. The reason we kept going back is simple. This was the place to get a good fat juicy sloppy gloppy burger. Simple as that. This Sunday's visit finally made me write a review because they finally failed at that too. We arrived around 2 PM and were seated right away. So far, so good. The waiter showed up in a reasonable amount of time. Good again but it kind of went downhill from there. Drinks took about 20 minutes to find their way to the table and the place wasn't that busy. The main meal and one appetizer finally showed up about 45 minutes after ordering. The other appetizer showed up a few minutes after the main meal. Appetizers. You know the thing you eat before you eat. Right? Other than The Good listed above, the quality just wasn't there anymore. It had been spotty for a while. This meal killed it dead. The wings were small and over cooked and this seems to be the new standard. The burgers... We ordered two Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Burgers. Medium. They arrived medium well to well done. One was somewhat moist. The other was dry. Both were missing the cheese. Both had almost over hard cooked eggs on them rather than the over easy as it should have been. Each had a halfhearted smear of mayo on one edge of the bun. I'm pretty sure where the issue is with this place and I'm throwing it on poor management since there didn't seem to be anyone running the place. There's definitely no one watching for plating or any other quality issues. Over cooked poorly plated food should never make it out of the kitchen and then it should never make it to the table if it does leave the kitchen. Management is responsible for each person doing the job the right way and management is obviously missing from this crew. Looks like it's time for us to look for another sloppy gloppy burger joint that serves beer. read more

This place is just as amazing in Warner Robins as it is in Macon. I'm glad they brought Wild Wings down here and the staff are amazing.
