I received an alert that it had been delivered along with a photo. It was delivered to the wrong house. Or course the customer service rep offered either a refund or replacement, that would probably take a week to receive. My cats needed the food this week. I tried their auto ship service because it was a few dollars cheaper. But it's not worth the headache. I will be returning to Chewy. I have never had any issues with their auto ship service.

His name is Brandon and he is white, skinny, brown hair, like in his 40s and he helped me get and learn how to take care of my lobster which really helped and he told me if I have any more questions I could get his number and ask anytime. Which I asked so many questions then so it made sense. Instead I got his Snapchat. Then as soon as I leave he messaged me that he thought I was cute and to go out with him. I was so disturbed. I had so great service because he wanted to be in my pants... Now everytime I go and he's there which is more than half of the time he stares at me all weird cause I blocked him. I hate it.

He had this bubble looking thing beside his mouth and I got concerned but after some research I thought he was just trying to shed his skin. On 7/7/26 around 5:30pm I went to go check on him, and he looked like he was all spread out. I put on some gloves and picked him up and he wasn't moving at all. He also wasn't eating the day I got him I wasn't sure when he had eaten last so I tried to give him a baby cricket and he wouldn't take it. After he passed away I disinfected everything and I will now be buying my frogs from somewhere else. RIP Jasper

As typical, I cannot seem to keep any saltwater fish that I buy from here alive longer than 2 days. Yesterday I payed an overpriced amount of $100 on a Midas Blenny for my tank which is matured with 5 other fish and lots of coral. As per usual with any fish I by from Gerbers, the Midas Blenny never acted right and has since died in my tank. I have NEVER had this issue with any other fish from any other LFS. Gerbers is the only store I seem to have problems with when it comes to their fish, and after seeing some of the conditions the other fish are in in several of their tanks, it seems their fish are kept in unhealthy conditions. I would not recommend purchasing fish from Gerbers.

I've checked out the website and plan on ordering some for family living out of town with pets. Several of the kids working greeted us and asked if they could pet our small dog. We had left my boyfriend's dog at home which I regretted because he would have loved to come, but we were not sure if it was a place the dogs could come in or not. We ended up leaving with way more treats than we intended but that's okay! The dogs love them, and they are full of healthy delicious things! $5 for a bag of treats isn't bad! After all the recalls on corporate dog treats and whatnot this is probably the only place we will get dog treats! Plus, everyone there is really nice!

The girl was clipping a dog and said she would page me when she was ready for me. It should be about 10 minutes. Ok. A half an hour later I went back in and she apologized as she had started on another dog. Again "I will page you in about ten minutes". Forty-five minutes after my appointment, she came out and said "I am so Sorry, I forgot about you. It will be five minutes." I waited until my pup was getting antsy. I went in and different girl was working. I explained I had a 5 o'clock appointment to get my dogs nails clipped and it was now 6:15. "Well, She went home. I don't have time." I will never go back there again.

On our first visit, she came back with a bloody tail, and I was told she had hurt herself on the kennel--which was hard for me to believe. She was also finished in under 30 minutes, which made me question whether she actually received the full grooming service I paid for. I didn't want to make a big fuss, so I let it go, but after giving them a second chance and still not having a great experience, I can't recommend their grooming services. The store itself does offer a wide variety of products for all types of pets, so it's a good place to shop for supplies. However, based on my experiences, I would not recommend this location for grooming.

I boarded him over Thanksgiving weekend, and while the ladies working there were very sweet, there was a huge miscommunication on their part. I left his food with a clearly labeled 1/3 cup scoop, and he eats 1.5 cups per day, yet they assumed the 1/3 scoop was a full cup and severely underfed him. He clawed at the metal gate so much that his paws started bleeding, and no one told me until I called them myself and even then, they barely answered the phone. I had to call multiple times just to reach someone. Since they don't let owners see the boarding area, I had no idea he was in a setup that stressed him out, and I wish someone had recommended upgrading him to a suite with a glass door. When I picked him up, he was noticeably skinnier, had dried blood on his paws and even had poop on his back paws. I feel incredibly guilty, like he thought I abandoned him and let him starve, and I will not be boarding him here again.
